You can't miss the Brownsville Station sign with it's signature maroon roof when you arrive at 110 Wood Street. Go ahead and turn in, and you will find lots of bulldogs living in a premier location. Our buildings are an attractive gray, with maroon roofs over our featured covered concrete patios. Residents enjoy using their patios for socializing, barbequing, or simply relaxing at the end of the day.

Initially, relocating from New York, I thought was going to be difficult as I had to set up an apartment via cellphone and email. Leslee, however was more than accommodating and patient with all my requests sending me pictures and answering all my questions prior to moving in. And now I love my cottage and plan on staying for all four years. It is unique, clean, big and very safe. My neighbors have all been lovely and it is also nice to be so close to both MSU as well as the grocery store. As a doctoral student I have very little time for much of anything so its location has been an unexpected

I have lived in different areas all over starkville during my time here and Brownsville Station has been the best experience. My roommate and I lived in the smaller 2 bedroom apartment and it was more than enough space. Great price, great location! Very cozy! Property manager is super nice and personable.

Hands down the best place in Starkville. My roommate and I have loved our time here. The location is perfect and so central, it only takes a minute to get anywhere you need to go! Friendly neighbors and landlord! Maintenance was always very attentive. Very roomy apartment and cozy! Highly recommend!!!

My daughter lived at Brownsville for her last year of college. I wish we had found this place four years ago. This was by far her best experience. The apartment was pet-friendly and maintenance has always been responsive. Management has been helpful and friendly. As a parent, I would definitely recommend this place. I always felt my single daughter was safe here. Additionally, we did not have to pay lots of “hidden fees” for questionable damages when she moved out and we did not have to worry about our car being towed if we came to visit.

I have lived here for a year now and it has been great! Whenever I've had a problem with anything in my apartment I've always had an extremely quick response. The management has been great and I feel at home here. I would highly recommend Brownsville Station. I plan on living here for several more years.
