Poorly run complex. Don't move here. Especially if you are thinking of placing your parents here. They will not have a voice and will not be looked after. Also, Loud, Constant construction, no one picks up after their dogs. maintenance work orders are never filled unless you call at least 3 times, social events are lacking. Unresponsive management called to see if I could change my move out date one week early so the new tenant could move in. I moved out 9/25 but was told I had to finish out my obligation through 9/30. Hence no reimbursement.

I moved in a couple of months ago and have not had a quiet night sleep yet due to the construction Phase 2 and the nearby storage units. Construction starts between 5 and 6:30 am and goes until 6 at night. There is little insulation so you can hear everything from the site and the ground rumbles in the apartment. Trucks pull into the storage units at all hours of the night. Wait until all the construction is over.

So it won’t allow for a 1/2 star rating. I moved into the property because of my previous property maintenance issues. They knew that was my reason for moving, yet a proper walk through was not performed before my move in date. Grouting missing from shower, dishwasher not installed properly, cabinets not installed properly, rust stains on tub and tile areas, adhesive on the flooring throughout the whole unit, water leak from plumbing that damaged the flooring, lights not working, missing a/c vent, a/c drainage not properly plumbed, and millipedes by the dozens to name a few issues. I moved there

This place had no problem taking $400 in checks in August 2018, from an old woman and holding it for 11 months as their construction fell WAY behind. Needless to say during this time there was a health decline and when asked to return the money almost a year later, they conveniently returned the $250 deposit, but kept $150 for admin fee. What did they admin exactly?????? Keep a close eye out for your parents or I am sure they will do this to you. This company has NO EXPERIENCE IN SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITIES, so they will treat the elderly like they do the rest of the world. If you don't watch close
