My, now husband, has been living there for the past 7 months, and he has had nothing but good things to say. It is in a nice area, it is quiet and convenient to attractions nearby. I personally love the location, the staff has been awesome, and they have been super helpful with the process of us upgrading to a bigger unit since I am moving in with my husband. I have been recommending this place to everyone!

I toured Teakwood at Seabrook on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 as a potential tenant and I must say I was impressed. I was greeted by leasing agent Tristin Costello. Mrs. Costello was beyond friendly, helpful with a great sense of customer service, and made me feel very welcomed. The property as a whole appears to be properly maintained with well established beautification principles. The interior of the apartment unit I was shown, was dashing and I could not find any flaws. These apartments appear to be a good choice for a potential tenant. 4-5 Stars

Definitely giving this apartment 5 stars. I am soon to be moving to these apartments coming up in March or April of 2022, hopefully working within budget wise. I narrowed down my search after looking around now for about two years. To be honest I should have made my move to this apartment last year in 2020 but my budget wasn’t right. But I am glad now I am looking ahead of time. Extremely great customer service coming from the Management team. I do have to thank Ms. Tristian for her work into helping understand the process of what they do. I have visited several apartments and was not impressed

After much searching, we fell in love with Teakwood. The property is clean and well-maintained, residents were friendly, apartments were beautifully renovated and updated, but what most impressed us was our leasing agent Marley Brill! She had the answers to all of our questions, and made the process easy and actually enjoyable! She is a delightfully warm individual, and we look forward to being able to do business with her and the staff here. We are so excited to live here!

I went on a tour yesterday at the teakwood and I was blown away. everything is so well kept and the staff is always on top of maintenance. the floor plan I looked at is beautiful and the amenities are out of sight! Miss Tristan was extremely helpful and kind to show me around. I can't wait to move in. (:

The only complaint I have is that some residents are very inconsiderate of picking up after their pets. It is really bad and disgusting. I have a big dog and I always clean up after her. They also let their dogs out without a leash. It has become so nasty that we will probably move when our lease is up.

Great first impression and customer service was great until we moved out...Well we were only there for 2 months and then got a bill for $200 stating they had to do a pet service cleaning for excessive pet dander in the carpet of our bedroom.. our dogs never went in our room and weren't allowed in there so do not understand how that was possible unless it was from the people before! Just expect if you have pets to be tacked on fees once you move out.

Just did a tour on this complex and I really like what I saw. Seems tranquil place and peaceful which I love. The location is immaculate and well maintained. Marley, she's so lovely and funny. Very knowledgeable and very informative. She answered all my questions and tried to make me understand some doubts.

I love these apartments! Everyone in the office is amazing and so helpful. Maintenance requests are handled so quickly. Have I mentioned how amazing everyone in the office is. They are all so helpful and super friendly. It is also nice because all the neighbors get together and bbq and have a great time together. It is a great place to live and call home.

The crappiest apartments I ever lived in and it's only getting worse. I would never recommend these apartments to anybody, and if you do live there I would consider looking for a new apartment. There is nothing but rats that constantly get in my outdoor storage....that's not even the main problem, I would say it would have to be everyone in the office. Every single one of them are B****** and down right rude. They don't take care of anything or get back to you. I mean I guess that's how you have to be since they can't do better in life.....they wanna charge for things that

Loved the apartment and location. However, be sure to leave the apartment squeaky clean from top to bottom when moving out. I had to run to Kroger to get dripping pans because mine weren't squeaky and had a little rust on them. I'm sorry I cooked while living there for a year. Sure enough if they were squeaky clean they weren't going to leave them for the next resident, lets hope not!!!!Ridiculous for them to be SO PETTY after I have recommended several people to this complex. I absolutely love this apartment complex. Amanda the manager listens to any concerns and acts promptly. The maintenance staff works quickly and efficiently with a friendly manner. I absolutely love the dog park, and. All the walking station placed around the apartment to walk my fur baby's. My apartment has a fireplace and was completely remodeled before I moved in. The apartment has two pools conveniently located: the staff is a little on the young side but friendly.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. The office ladies are a joke. They get highly intoxicated at apartment events. They talk trash about their coworkers in front of residents. When we had damage from the hurricane, they took 13 days even call us about it. And according to a friend in the complex, they were upgrading apartments for new residents right AFTER the hurricane instead of taking care of those affected. We had bad ceiling damage in our apartment, as the ceiling actually fell. So we expected them to come fix it pretty quickly, Also one of our light sockets was
