First apartment in years. Highly disappointed in my âexperienceâ here. Just got fined for fictitious lease violations. Got an actual bill attached onto my lease which was not agreed on when signing the lease. I never agreed to accept additional fees for lease violations. Yet, they are adding surcharge for lease violations. Most recent complaint was for leaving a mop on my deck with a surcharge threat $50.

This property is amazing! The office staff is so active and aware of everything that goes on they are hands on and very helpful. They are friendly and so welcoming. The maintenance workers are very helpful they are always there to fix any problems they are always there for any after hours calls that need to be done. They are friendly and keep up with grounds and the property looks very nice. I would recommend this place to everyone! Itâs a quite environment and such a beautiful propertyđ

So, I needed a 2 bed 2 bath (pier) for immediate move in. I checked availability online and called to set up an appointment. Spoke with this Tyra...big mistake. Very unprofessional, referred to me as "girl" and kept sending documents with major clerical errors. They tried to make me pay a little over $1500 for prorated and first month's rent. I spoke with Chelsea to try to straighten things out, but to my surprise she was just as ratchet. I decided to do a little background check on these "precious" ladies and found this picture thats posted with this review. Also, I decided to drive past this
