Moved to Regatta Bay over the summer. Best decision ever! The staff is friendly and communicate well with residents! The other residents are also very friendly and we have easily made friends and everyone is chill. This is a quiet community, which we love! Great location to all our favorite Seabrook places!

Sorry it wouldn’t let me write a review for the longest time. Moved in, in august it was a bit of a bumpy start with the apartment. But the office management helped us out and was very kind and generous! They helped me a lot when I was pregnant as well! (I had my baby at the end of September) very nice apartments!

I’ve have lived here for almost 2 years. It’s is so quiet and clean and comfortable. The office staff is fast and professional and Cynthia the office manager is always on point. I love that there is valet trash, parcel pending package pick up, dog walking areas with disposal areas. In the summer the pool is beautiful and very relaxing. The maintenance crew is fast and professional. We are 1/4 of a mile from water in many directions and have the best local spots to eat and hang out all within 2 miles with most in the water!! I love this apartment complex. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. They treat my pups like they are celebrities!! The grounds are always taken care of, the pool is perfect for the warm weather and it is quiet here. Great access to many places. I have been here for over a year and have no intentions of moving anytime soon.

Before moving here I had researched and met with a lot of different properties. Some nicer and some some not so nice. After coming to Regatta Bay and speaking with the office staff I was sold. Not only was the property very nice but the office staff was friendly and professional and that’s what sold me. Customer service and professionalism and the way you treat people is a big part of working with residents and other properties fell way behind in that category.
