The apartments it’s self are nice for all bills paid the leasing agent is very nice and manager is nice but a lot of things are not good! When I signed my lease for one apartment and when it was time to move in and get my keys they had changed my apartment without notice and it had not been cleaned or made ready I requested it be painted and cleaned and they came and painted one spot and left the rest of the apartment! The tub was never painted and it’s peeling and rusting! When I came to lease the apartment I let the leasing agent know I really like the gated porches because I have a disabled

I have lived here for three years and have not had any major issues or concerns. The management Wendy is very accommodating and friendly. The maintenance man Noey has always given us a hand when we needed something repaired. I live on the second floor, no issues with A/C or anything, neighbors are friendly. Thank you Pelican reef!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!! Since new management took over, it has improved significantly! I've been a resident here for a very long time and I thought about moving before but when I spoke to them and told them my issues in my apartment, they were quick to fix and make things right. The only down fall is no washer and dryer or the connections. I really wish they had these because it's a hassle at times. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Real pleased - new management is making friends and obviously investing in the property, the leasing team is super friendly and bilingual, not sure about some of the so-so reviews but I think those were years ago. It is real convenient and has a nice neighborly feel, nice people some here a long time, a big + I think. All good, nice place. New paint job really so much better, omg! I'm happy enough here, come here if you're friendly and cool:0).

I have lived here almost 2 yrs...the management that we have now with Mrs. Maria and Aaron are awesome. I call them and they are right on it. The pool is always clean. I like that there is management on property so things get taken care of in real time. They have been making sure that the property is always clean, and I appreciate that very much especially when my grandbabies are over visiting.
