I haven't even been here a year and I have been having trouble. Bad quality apartments. My washing machine has been broken for 3 weeks and I haven't heard any news about it being fixed. The wood outside is rotting and falling onto my porch. I smell weed constantly. The dish washer isn't fitted into the cabinet correctly. And there is a roach and spider problem here. I am a clean freak so it is not from my husband and I being dirty. I just don't understand. We are paying over 1,000 dollars a month with our dogs. It shouldn't be this way. I do not recommend.

I am writing on behalf of my friend who is has lived here for 3-4 years and is terrified to go outside now. There was a recent change in managers about a year ago and that is when the problems started. Then about 6-7 months ago there was yet another change in manager who apparently wants these apartments to burn to the ground with all the drugs being done around here. The last 2 managers allowed these apartments to go to the slums. Drug deals happen in the middle of the day in front of everyone. Courtesy officer does nothing just looks the other way but if management doesn't care who comes in why

I moved in to Bay Park apartments last week and I am sooooo happy I made the choice to make this my new home. From the minute I called the property to schedule an appointment to view the apartment up until I was handed the keys was such a pleasant experience. Jessica, the manager, is so nice and goes above and beyond to help in anyway possible. As for my apartment.... it is absolutely beautiful. I love it. It is up to date with beautiful appliances and flooring. It could not be any more perfect for me! The property is nice and quiet and very well maintained. I am very happy and very satisfied!

Mice. Roaches. Spiders. Frogs. If you know how to maintain pests, you’re good. Decent upgrade on the interior. Decent. Water is expensive, like over $100 per month. Staff is professional, yet unorganized when it comes to handling small balances...they’ll literally harass you over $50, probably less. Harass, as in put a lock on your door while your kids are inside the apt. They’ll call you at work. Beat on your door early in the am. Neighbors are friendly, very helpful.
