If i could leave zero stars I would after driving 21+ hours to move to Texas I thought I found my apartment.. This apartment is by far the nicest roach motel I have ever seen. This apartment is definitely nice but they have a huge roach infestation. The first day i moved in it was roaches all over the apartment dead. I went and informed management they told me they couldn’t get pest control out until Friday which was 5 days away from the date I moved in. They decided to go in with foggers and when i went back into the apartment it was even more crawling and dead around the apartment. My experience

I have lived here a month now and it’s okay. I haven’t had problems with bugs which is one of my biggest issues with apartment complexes. It may be because i spray for bugs myself but that hasn’t been an issue for me. Let’s pray it stays that way! The only issue I have is the management. You can call the office just for basic questions and literally no one will pick up. It’s almost as if they only answer the phone on certain days at certain times. Their communication is pretty awful in my opinion. I like the grounds of the place but it could be cleaner in the halls and wasp nests and

It was a very lovely place when I first moved here. The management was very nice and we had special events. Later on it just got worst and worst after they kept getting new managements. Then once covid came they started lowering their prices and more and more trashy people moved in and now the apartment is just a mess. You have people going in the pool after hours and being loud and smoking on property. And then you have people leaving their trash everywhere.

I've been staying as a renter at Haven Augusta Woods Village for one years. I actually recommend to live in this village to everyone. Location of building, neighbours, staff, social activities and facilities, safety and parking place are really excellent. I decided to live here one more year. Have a great year guys :)

I just LOVE this place!!! My apartment is exactly perfect for me and the extra wide doorways are a blessing for my 16-year-old granddaughter's wheelchair. My balcony view is a breath of fresh air morning and evening. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is amazingly cordial. Jennifer, Holly and Summer are helpful and timely in their attention to any issues. Maintenance's Joe and Ray are on top of things. Location? Couldn't be better!!! No gas money spent getting to Wal-Mart, just take my little cart (which I bought there) and walk.

Everything is good, just the people at the office. They don't answer calls or emails. You can call like 15 time and if they pick up I would suggest to buy a lotto ticket lol emails is funny because they send emails out through the week, but don't replay to mine at all...never had a problem at any other place but here, where the office goes MIA lol guess different places different priorities
