Please do your research before considering moving here. I just moved out in September and my move out process was horrible. Over $1200 for “damages” that any other complex would consider normal wear and tear considering our time here was two full years. Disheartening that management and Knighvest would ignore our reaching out to them about our concerns in this ridiculous bill. On top of that, multiple residents including myself have gotten into accidents trying to even get in the complex from the main entrance. Lots of us inconvenience ourselves by using the back entrance.Do NOT move here without

I moved here january of 2021, since then i almost regret it. There is a bad wasp issue, the staff takes their time attending to maintenance issues, and lord help you if you dont pay your rent online. A fair warning that you will be running in circles to pay your rent if you dont pay online, and will most likely not be given and decent help from the office. Also, if you work late, good luck finding parking inside the complex. They also towed my 70 yr old handicapped grandmother’s car at 1am despite there being an un-countable amount of care with no parking stickers.

Had a tour of the apartment on Mar 13, 2021 and I am interested in the one which I saw. But, there are some issues popping up when I tried to do online lease for which I call'ed them almost 10 times but no one responded to the call & finally when they responded they said they are running short of employees & the unit which I am interested is already leased out. Overall, it is a very bad experience. Assume, what will be the case if there are maintenance issues once you lease an apartment over there. I am sure they gonna not respond to your calls and finally they will say "sorry to miss your call

I have lived here for about 3 years. I can see that the property has improved. I am glad I renewed my lease for another year. The manager Emily took very good care of people who live here. I am happy with the pool, my neighbors and my apartment. Best apartment in town :)

I’ve lived here for a year, it’s been a pretty pleasant place to be. Rarely hear my neighbors, management is good about being responsive and with communication in general. I’ve needed maintenance to come only once, he was there in a matter of an hour or so. I had a small issue renewing my lease and it was fixed right away - therefore it was a non-issue. No hidden fees, no mystery charges, the complex is kept clean. If I had any complaints at all it would be parking, but it’s improved drastically lately. Overall great.

We have been here a year and our experience has been great! The staff has been very helpful and quick to respond to any questions, concerns, etc. Victoria has been the main person I have spoken with and she has always been so sweet! It is also a very nice community to be in.

Well we have been living here not to long and so far we love it! It’s relaxing and quite clean and Emily has been such a huge help with everything. The process was fast and easy and great, she gets to my emails and calls my other half as I in a great timely manner. So I would recommend this place!
