Citrus Valley MH & RV Park offers quiet and is perfectly located in a country setting - yet close to CVS, WalMart, Lowes, Dollar Tree, Rio Grande 24 Hour Emergency Care and plenty of more great shopping including amazing entertainment and restaurants! We have an onsite office with very friendly staff.

Came to visit a Friend that lives here. She loves living here. She says its very peaceful. Her neighbors are very friendly people. It has a Swimming Pool and a small library that you can check out books to read.

It's a good place to live But too many rules. When rules everyone should have to fallow.. Which is great.. From when I moved in to now a lot has changed. Clean location. As long as you pay your space on time and don't cause problems you will be fine. Keep your lot clean! The Neighbors are very friendly. I've lived here a few years and it's had it's ups and downs but what place doesn't. Over all I keep to myself and live happy which makes my life here fine. No Wi-Fi! We had Wi-Fi when I moved in but for some reason it was removed. Many things have changed. I feel things should be according to what

When we made our reservations we stated we have a 30 amp RV, so when we got tO the site and hooked up the 30 amp was not working we had to go knocking at the managers door he had to give us an adapter for 50 amp. Also the site given to us was very unleveled. They advertise that they have WiFi and when I called to ask for the password the woman stated they didn’t have WiFi with a tone in her voice as if she was already in defense mode. I suggest ma’am to remove it from your list of amenities to save yourself the headache.

Best place to stay in McAllen!!!
Love the citrus trees all over the park and a lot of the people that live there have been staying at that park for over 20 years. They have built their own little community. Everyone is really friendly.
The manager Mario is a very sweet, nice individual always attentive to everyone's needs. I highly recomment you will not be disappointed.
I will continue to come back.

Citrus Valley is a wonderful rv park with amenities galore. John and Paulina are both friendly and amiable folk. The park is clean, well kept. There is a pool, billiard room, library, card room, dance floor with bandstand for those Friday night dances. Certainly a premiere park with a friendly atmosphere. Oh yes, free ice multiple breakfasts and potluck dinners. Should be on one's list as top priority. Bill Whitsitt
