CAUTION: PREDATORY TOWING COMPANY!!! Daughters car was parked in a lot for a business that was outside business hours. The lot was FULL of cars and they only towed a few "select" ones. probably the nicest ones they think they can scam money from.

This business will lie to you to get you to use their service. I was told I could call to release my vehicle to the auto body shop yet when I did that they changed their story saying I had to come down in person just trying to get it in their custody longer to rack up storage fees. They said they allow over the phone release for someone that got injured only. Considering the technology we have today and knowing people that just got in an accident don't have transportation Id say their service is awful. What a way to add more stress to an already stressful situation! Plus the last on the phone was

I blew a tire on my trailer on I80. I called five places before calling AMR and none of them would come out or had the equipment to change my tire. Gary came out within 30 minutes, he didn't have the right part so he went and bought one, came back and changed the tire. Great customer service, fixed my trailer right up and can't beat the price. Definitely recommend!

F I could give them zero stars I would! Both of the men that work here are incredibly unprofessional and are down right bullies! They booted my car and did not provide a business card or any type of identification. They left a flyer on my window with only their number stating that if I didn't call soon to get the boot off, I would be towed. I called immediately, and a man answered and told me he was there. I looked over to see 2 men without any type of uniform or identification get out of a white van with a handicap plate and handicap tag. One had an orange vest on, however neither had a

Gary found my sisters car on Friday evening, over the phone with us after she broke down while visiting from out of town. He got to the car before the city towed it and was able to get it to a very good mechanic who got them back on the road, quickly the next day. He was extremely professional and responsive to our calls as we worked to figure out where she had left it. His invoice was very reasonable and we are so thankful for his quick response! Needed a tow at around 7:30 at night in a bad area. They responded right away and had someone out there within 20 minutes who was so helpful and reading the area and the people and feeling that it was not a safe environment had me wait in his truck to avoid some people fighting on the sidewalk. He escorted me across the road to go safely get to a ATM. He even gave me a ride down the road from the auto place to my friends house and then made sure I had a ride and that he left me off safely. Great service. Thank you so much!

Made an appointment with Shane To look over my car. He never showed and I'm told by employees he won't be in today. When making my appointment he was eager to get me in and help me with my frustrating situation and promised me he's honest a great repair guy. If you can't hold an appointment with new clients don't expect to have much business. I won't be back

Uhaul sent us here when our A/C in the rental box truck went out as we were passing through SLC, on our way from Houston to Bellingham, WA. These guys were really nice and helpful and had us back on the road in about 45 minutes. And they have a cute doggy that I got to play fetch with :) AMR was definitely a welcome relief to all the stress that Uhaul has caused us during this trip.

Crooks, plain and simple. Mechanics will lie to you with a huge grin on their faces and they will charge you for work they didn't do. I practically had to steal my car back from them because they kept trying to convince me it needed more work. Do not leave your car with these people, or listen to their opinion of your cars condition, they are thieves.
