Cesar is very honest and thorough in his work. I've had him do a lot of work for me and he is always consultative and professional. He talks through projects and understands the nuance of what he could run into the deeper he gets into fixes(I've had him do some major surgery). I've always felt his prices are fair and his work is fast and done right. He's experienced to the point that I hope he never retires so I can lean on him to keep my van on the road.
