Wheel Werks, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Mike Pruess. Mike has spent his entire career in the wheel and tire business, working his way up the ladder from "tire busting" to supervisory roles and finally becoming the "chief cook and bottle washer" calling his own shots. Early on he saw an opportunity in the market.

I hit something on the freeway in the BMW M4 that my fiancé had just bought a week prior. Took it to the tire shop to find out that I totally bent the inner part of the wheel. I about cried knowing how expensive BMW wheels are. Wheel Werks fixed the bent wheel that’s pictured in less than 24 hours for only $220. I am beyond relieved and pleased with their service and skill. I am no longer in trouble with my fiancé!!! Woohoo!

The hopelessness nearly began to set in until we drove into Wheel Werks. Kelly and his team were able to fix our rim that seemed to be dented which caused our tire to lose air on our road trip to California that started in Chicago! We had to change the tire in the middle of nowhere and drive on the donut until we made it 30+ miles back into town. The guys at Wheel Werks took care of us in an hour for the most reasonable price and sent us on our way. Your service won't be forgotten. Thank you so much for what you guys do.

Serious problem with unprofessional staff, I called to ask for wheels repair, he seemed to be bothered because i asked how much time it takes so i can plan a head of time, and then hang up on me when i asked how much it cost to repair one wheel!

The owner seemed super nice and willing to help but when his staff member came up he was super rude, no tact... walked away with some snide remark to my little girl and I, she's 8!. If he hadn't been so unprofessional I really considered letting them do the work and buying new rims from them. Nope. Definitely lost my business and any kind of referral. Guess I should've read the reviews. Sad.

Went into the store 10/30/20 with the intention of spending about $1000 on rims. The customer service there was Noll and void, and makes me question the integrity of the shop. I walked in wanting to buy the rims but also wanting to look at a catalog of some sort so I could pick what I wanted. I wanted black chrome rims with a little bit of red to match my red Ford fusion. They acted like they didn’t have very many to choose from, without even letting me use your catalog that another employee was flipping through. Holy guacamole, these guys charge a lot for changing out winter tires. They were really cool in winter 2017, and helped us find a good budget friendly option for snow tires. A different guy helped us back then.
This past winter my experience was bad. Not coming back here again. Just because someone drives a luxury brand vehicle doesn't mean they're made of money. I worked very hard for my car and I'm still paying off student loans. I can't afford to pay such high labor costs for a change out. From now on storing my tires myself and taking them elsewhere for change outs.

I have been working with ray and wheel werks for years and spent thousands I know I over pay here but I come back due to good service and work and that's all gone.
FYI they charge way more for any tire then discount tire or tire rack. Labor to put on spacers double then anyone else but I was ok to pay this today is I would if kept coming back. This is a lesson in customer service for wheel werks.
Today after calling to look into placing an order with ray I called to let him know that I did not want to do tires just the other products.
He told me I have to pay for the shipping both ways

Absolutely Brilliant. I stopped by this weekend to see about getting some wheels powder coated. I dropped the car off Monday and received it back Tuesday. The wheels look great, the service was stellar, and the whole experience could not be better. And yes, I posted the same thing on Google Reviews...

Mike told me exactly what it would take to fix the bent and cracked rims on my Audi S4. He managed my expectations perfectly and then exceeded them, both in terms of the outcomes and the time it took to get the work done. They are not touchy feely kind of guys and the shop is sort of a hole-in-the-wall kind of place, but they do awesome work at a great price if you need expensive rims fixed, powder coated, or painted.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! I have gone to them now for multiple repairs on my rims. I have been impressed with their work every time and the repairs are are unnoticeable to my friends unless I specifically point them in the right direction. I also find their their prices to be fair and reasonable to the point that anybody can afford to fix a blemished rim. Great work wheel werks! I will continue to use you for all my wheel repairs.

Wheel Werks is now the only place I feel comfortable purchasing tires and wheels. I had purchased a set of tires and wheels from a "locally owned" chain store close to my home thinking I was in good shape because my last car had tires mounted by them. This time however the car was a higher end vehicle and I think the other store was lost. I purchased the other wheels and after driving off their lot came back twice before I could get any answer. I ran over a chunk of firewood with my Corvette that had fallen from a pickup directly in front of me and it damaged a rear wheel. The local Chevy dealer wanted over $1,200 for a replacement not including the cost of mounting and balancing the tire. A couple of friends suggested I contact Wheel Werks. They not only got my car in right away, they managed to repair, straighten and re-balance the wheel in the time it took me to walk to a nearby restaurant and eat lunch. To top it off, they charged me $50 less than the estimate because it didn't require as much labor to repair. Honest, efficient
