Absolutely the WORST management of any apartment complex I have ever lived in. Do NOT rent these apartments if you appreciate good communication and transparency. I had many problems like lights not working, large gaps under the doors that let in huge spiders. Brand new fridge light went out and I was told I had to go get another bulb for it even though I had only lived there for 2 months and it was a brand new unit. They do not clean up around the dumpsters so there is always a ton of rotting trash, and even pieces of broken glass. They would not notify you if they were turning off the water for

Management is nonexistent at this property. The dishwasher has been nonfunctional for almost a year now with no response to many phone calls and emails requesting service.

This has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever came across. No communication from management. I filed a BBB and they still haven’t contacted me. This is to the point I’m ready to get legal firms involved. Oven hasn’t worked since September 2020, I’ve received zero heads up on anything to do to at least attempt to fix my situation. When they do email back once every 8 months they act as if you are bothering them... They misspell things in the emails... DO NOT RENT from these non-professionals. I’m extremely upset with this business in general someone needs to teach these people

I toured the apartments before moving in, they're cheap, but it was enough for me and the location was decent. However, severe problems started day one. On the date of moving in I was told my apartment was going to be unlocked with keys inside. I enlisted friends, family, and borrowed vehicles to move and was hoping for a smoothe process, but after loading up the first rouhd... I arrive to w locked apartment. Terrible management, very unprofessional due to lack of communication. They will not return your calls or emails unless you spam them when something breaks or malfunctions, when they do reply it is very vague as if you are bothering them. They do not alert you that a maintenance technician is coming into your apartment while you are at work, they just let themselves in unannounced and this has happened twice now. They have shut off the water to the entire complex unannounced without warning during the biggest snow storm of the year, This was the final strike and we will not be renewing the lease

I have lived here over two years. It has been a negative experience. They do not take care of maintenance requests. Plus Ive had several flats due to the construction nails. Recently I notified them I was moving out and they claimed my lease was renewed for another year. I signed no paperwork since initial move in and they send a renewal (and rent increase notice) every year. No where does it say the lease is renewed for a year. They want me to pay insane amounts and referenced an expired letter in their email. Do not live here, they care very little about you and want your money.

The interior of this apartment is super nice. I have had issues with the apartment since I have moved in and maintenance has been very helpful, but they are very understaffed for maintenance and only have one maintenance man for multiple Mills Crossing location. My issues with this apartment first started when we moved in to over 20 dead stink bugs on the bedroom floors which were there when we went on the tour.
