Although it's not much for what you pay, this is a pretty decent place to live. Everyone is incredibly nice. The maintenance staff, especially.
My biggest issue with this complex is all the non refundable fees. It's kind of absurd. Instead of a traditional security deposit where you actually get your money back, they make you pay for a "service" that is to their benefit. Basically you pay this third-party company a fee dependent on your credit (I paid $500) and if you skip out on your rent or don't pay for any damages, Walden Pond will bill this company and the company

I lived here for 5 years with an excellent service. Hats off to maintenance guys who are exceptionally good. The place has plenty of greenery's with a nice pond where I have had plenty of BBQ parties.Gym is just awesome with an updated equipment and most importantly it's crazy clean. They even have a club house to host a private events. Swimming pool, Tennis court,Volleyball court. This place is just Great place to live. Too bad I had to move to MA. Miss my old Apt. 1000I.

TERRIBLE! If I could give this place a zero stars I would! Me and my two other roommates signed a short term (3 month and 3 day lease) for the summer as we were doing an internship in the area. The very first night our air conditioning broke and it took them two days to come and look at it. They claimed that they fixed it but the rest of the summer we our AC was running 24/7 with the average temperature of about 80 degrees. We had them come back multiple times but the claimed the AC unit worked fine. I blame this because of an old AC unit and poor vent layout in the apartment. So with this you

Price was great view was great move out was not so great. I moved out early and knew I would be paying the rent for the months I did not live there but on top of that I had to pay utilities that are split up for the entire unit not just my apt. They told me this before I left and handed me a check out list of things to do before I left. I wasn't happy but I was leaving early so I just did what they said. I got in the mail fines for turning my electricity off before my end date. They never told me when I was leaving that it had to remain on. I told them I was not made aware of it and that I

I give walden pond a two star review solely for the fact their prices are cheap and on occasion, there have good move in deals. But be clearly warned--- you get exactly what you pay for. I subleased a two bedroom apartment at walden, and regretted it two days after moving in. The carpets smell like weed and dog. The bathroom linoleum cracked and bubbled so bad I could cut my feet on them. The appliances came straight out of 1970- so look out for ovens with a start clock timer and an end clock timer. No joke. The pipes throughout the apartment leak and literally 'scream' or 'whine
