Very friendly staff and the maintenance work has a very quick turnaround time. The affordability is the best I have found in Lynchburg. Having hard wood floors is nice. The floors are easy to clean and manage. We save on the energy bill because the door to our apt is inside a hallway, which is always cool or warm depending on the season and day. … This means all but the single outer wall is indoors. The automatic ice maker in the freezer is a plus.. the fridge and freezer are spacious and have clear shelves. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment.
