I would have loved to give them me five star review. Over the past year and a half I’ve lived here, they were great very responsive to all my needs. But as the management changes, they bring in their own biases and prejudices into there job. That being said, if you’re looking for a nice well-maintained apartment complex that is attentive to your maintenance needs they are it. Depending on the complex you go, that will depend upon whether you got a good manager or one that isn’t.

This is the 3rd time my air unit stopped working . I’ve been call the emergency number and the front desk about it because it’s 90 degrees out and I have a child. The woman told me on the phone that it wasn’t an emergency. This is sad that I pay my rent on time and get treated this way. I do not recommend anyone to pick Princeton circle apts!!!

I’ve been here since December. Everything breaks. My ac is out in a heatwave. The laundry, oven, and ac have all broken and had some form of water leak issue where it went into the lower apt wall or something but not like a storm. But they replaced the oven and fixed the dryer but not the balance problem. Very loud sounds all night from wards road so there’s no sleep. Melinda drive vista apartments. Disappointing honestly. Spacious, but tedious problems.

Unlike the other Apartments in Lynchburg VA, Stewart Langley is towing their residences’ cars for expired decal stickers. It’s sad to experience a loss of a car during this pandemic because the apartment complex had them towed away. If you’re a resident at Stewart langley and have experienced a similar situation please reach out.

After 2 years of living at one of their properties, I have nothing but good things to say. If you need maintenance, they’re there within the hour or first thing the next morning. The property manager for locksview is one of the most professional, friendly individuals you could come across. As long as you do your part as a resident, this company will go above and beyond for you.

The apartment itself was nice and from the outside looks nice, but the management leaves much to be desired. They don’t want to deal with you, they just want your check and if you’re not happy they are ready to move on to the next person. Maintenance takes forever with little communication on what’s going on. I haven’t dealt with a more unfriendly management team in Lynchburg. Please be aware before signing anything with them.

I have lived at the Landover Place apartments for two years and I haven't had any issues. They offer multiple ways to pay rent and the rental office employees are very helpful and prompt with fixes. Again I am only speaking for this location. Couldn't give it a five because the only amenity is a pool. Its usually quiet and people are respectful. Thr company owner could invest to renovate as it is an older style but its clean.
