I am new in the area and was recommended by a friend to come here after some panic over car troubles. I am not really knowledgeable about cars so I wanted to find a place where I won't feel like my ignorance will be taken advantage of. After reading the yelp reviews as well, I decided to give this place a shot. I called ahead to let them know that I would be arriving close to closing and they were very accommodating (although I of course had to leave it overnight). I came in super nervous because I had no idea what to expect price wise but Quan answered all my questions and helped me feel less

Get my Audi oil change at EuroCar. Was told there's coolant leak and recommended me to have it checked up at the dealer. Fortunately it's still under warranty and got that fixed. EuroCar's pricing is very competitive around the greater Seattle area where many charged way too much IMO.

We have started to take our cars (BMW, Mercedes) to EuroCar for maintenance--knowing these cars will last forever with proper care. We have been more than satisfied with the service we've received. I like folks who shoot straight and do only what work is needed on-time without fuss. Prices are in line with other top shops in town, perhaps even better than most. I highly recommend.

They give a great run-down of root problems, remedies, and levels of priority for each symptom. I’ve been taking my VW here for four years and have never been less than happy with the work they’ve done.

At the referral of our Allstate agent, we brought our 2014 Fiat 500L to EuroCar Service after it stopped recognizing gears consistently. EuroCar was able to quickly diagnose and get our car running again. We are grateful and would love to work with them again.

I have had many experiences with these guys over the past four years. All have been positive. They have great customer service, they care about their performance and I really appreciate them. Shout out Irish and Wade and the guys in the back!

I had bad fuel in the tank of my old diesel Mercedes and was quoted $200 to drain it by the owner Wade, so had the car towed there. A day later "Irish" called to say they'd gotten the car started, which was the last thing I wanted, running more of the rotten fuel that I wanted drained. Then he says, "So I guess I'm just supposed to eat the work we've done?"

I should have had it towed to a different shop at that point but agreed to have them pull the fuel tank and have it cleaned it at a radiator shop. They didn't bother to clean the fuel sending unit inside

I don't know that I've ever edited a 5 star review to a one star, but after my last visit I feel it's warranted.

The first time I went to EuroCar Service it was for a simple oil change service and it was very reasonable in cost, easy to schedule and straightforward. The guy I deal with was nice and to the point. I had thought I had a place to bring my vehicle to for the foreseeable future for service. I wrote the 5 star review and started telling friends accordingly.

Then time came around for another oil change and I was shocked. The bill was 80% higher than the previous year

A year ago I left a one-star review and it turned out to be a miscommunication or mistake in quotes that set apart my expectation (don't exactly remember what the cause was). The owner refunded me back the discrepancy and put $100 on my account for credit for future use. I was very satisfied with how they handled this incident.

This year I went back to EuroCar service for my car's annual service. They did great job to get it done within a day. I am satisfied with what they did and keeping the promises.

This is the only place I will take my BMW to for maintenance. They were polite, no attitude, called with questions during the discovery process, and provided solutions at 1/2 the cost of any BMW dealership around.

A huge shout out to Wade, Forest and crew for their honesty, prioritizing the customer before profit and excellent auto work.

Today I went to a Seattle Dealership for an oil change. During routine inspection they shared that "My tech is currently working on the car and found something during inspection. Looks like the rear crank seal is leaking heavily. The crankshaft seal is what keeps the oil inside the rear of the engine and the leak can cause serious damage to the engine. The job is labor intensive (11 hours to replace) and parts are around $500. The total after tax is near $2500. I understand

Nice guys but this place isn't for me. I had brake work done a few months I had to take it back because it was squeaking wrong part. Also had an issue with my headlight of my Mercedes they replaced the bulb but threw the cover in the trunk. To me that's just plain lazy. Oh they will give you a loaner car but expect it to be filthy.

Had an incredible experience here! My car stalled on the freeway during rush hour. It was a frightening situation for me, having to call 911 and then AAA to avoid a collision. The tow needed a location to take the car to, and Irish was willing to take me in during this emergency despite being fully booked! Their diagnostic came at a reasonable price and they gave me a detailed description the next day of what was wrong with my vehicle. While we decided to purchase a new vehicle in lieu of having my car repaired, Eurocar Service saved the day! I am so thankful and highly recommend!

I came here for a prepurchase inspection, mostly because it was more convenient for both the seller and I. Read some reviews and decided to give it a shot - it's more expensive (about 25%) than other specialty shops immediately outside of Seattle (Shoreline, Lynnwood).

There were a number of things on the car that weren't caught in the inspection. The headlight projector was aimed directly at the floor. The rear sunshade doesn't work. At this price point, I expected every button inside to be pushed at least once. While it could have been possible that these things failed immediately

My car had (and still has) problems, but the gang at Eurocar has been super helpful and prompt as well as completely professional throughout the ordeal. Confident and clear advice are available and it's clear that the staff enjoy cars. Even though my repairs were and are expensive (possibly a reason not to buy a C900), I didn't feel ripped off or slighted. Kudos.

The customer service from EuroCar is refreshingly friendly, fast, funny, and best of all, honest. As a Land Rover owner, I'm at the shop regularly and I look forward to keeping my old Disco on life support with Eurocar.

So many times I spoke to Irish on a 2005 Audi A4, had the vehicle towed to their repair shop, Irish and his crew kept me well informed and told me a day to pick it up and it was ready. Quick repairs and patience workers, always friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for making this experience great......

Michael was friendly on the phone when I called about my pooped car. He gave me an estimate of a dead car battery including labor; I replaced my BMW car battery for $200 and changed my oil for $100.

I dropped my car off before 10am and picked it up on the same day at 3pm. Yelp check-in would've saved me $6 on labor but I didn't use it because I was happy with their service!

Just got a used BMW that sure enough, started leaking 2 weeks after I bought it. Took it to Eurocar based on their good reviews and I had a great experience! They got me in the same day, called me that afternoon to tell me what the issue was (bad pinion seal in the diff) and gave me a quote that seemed about right. The guy at the front counter was really friendly, informative and honest about managing my expectations on when it would be done. Well, I dropped it off on a Friday and on Monday at 4, it was done! (They are closed weekends). The price was fair, service was great and he spent a while
