Congratulations on your new tattoo! Our job is done, now it's up to you to take care of your new tattoo. Failure to take proper care of your tattoo can lead to discoloration, loss of ink or infection. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper aftercare. Carefully remove bandage after 2-3 hours and wash with warm/hot water and a mild, fragrance-free soap.
For saniderm, second skin, or tegaderm bandages(sticky, clear bandage), leave on for 24-48 hours remove in shower under running water. Apply a thin layer of Aquaphor, A&D ointment or unscented lotion 2-3 times a day for the first 3-4 days. Then switch to unscented lotion until fully healed. Keep your tattoo out of sunlight while it is healing, at least 2 weeks.

Do you take walk-ins? Yes, we are happy to take walk-ins whenever possible! Call the shop at (415) 642-1777 to check on our availability. Can I make an appointment for a specific day? You can hold an appointment time by scheduling with your artist and paying a deposit. The deposit will come out of the total cost of the tattoo.

Had a DOPE experience with Riley today. I'm on a roadtrip from Seattle and found this gem of a shop in the mission district! Not only is my tattoo sick but the whole vibe was what really got me. Super chill and inviting and I feel like Riley went above and beyond. couple things to note:
-they do accept walk-ins but I would call before if you can
-there's only street parking in front of the shop and I believe you have to feed the meter anytime before 6, 2 hrs MAX, so if your gonna be longer I'd recommend parking in one of the close garages and walking over

I decided to go to Frisco Tattoo based on a Google search and proximity to my apartment. I also wanted to get some quick lettering work done, so I appreciated that they welcomed walk-ins.
Riley (@riley_coyote1) was the artist that was available at the time, and I am really thankful for that. Riley stayed late, past closing hours, to make sure he could get me in that day. He was super friendly, and you can tell that he really has a passion for tattoos.

They peer pressure you into buying a tattoo so much so that it's not even a sale anymore, they deny colors (if you wanna do a whole tattoo that's just pink they'll tell you it won't look good and they won't do it) and when they're doing the tattoo they don't ask if you want it filled or not they just assume. They don't double check your preference in the tattoo. If you got other tattoos and it's not appealing to them they will talk smack about your tattoo artist in front of you. Overall, it was the worst tattoo experience I ever had in my life.

Riley did an AMAZING job with my bee today. From messaging to the actual tattooing, he communicated with me to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted through out the entire process. He is so kind, has a lot of passion in his work, and made the experience great. If you ever find yourself nearby Frisco Tattoo, go get some work done by him, you won't be disappointed!

In love with my tattoo from Riley! Super clean comfortable space, good covid precautions to be safe. He was super willing to work with whatever I wanted, and my tattoo came out 1000 times better than I ever pictured. the other artist at the shop also had sick work ! I am extremely happy with my tattoo and would fully recommend this shop to anyone

1000/10 would recommend coming to get your work done here. The shop is super clean, and all of the artists are really talented. I got my work done by Morgan, he was super nice, very professional extremely detail oriented and had a light touch which was crucial as I was getting my ribs done and it was quite the spicy experience. During my tattoo I chatted with a few of the other artists, they were all very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I as well as other clients felt welcome and comfortable in the shop. Never getting tattooed anywhere else again.

I've been getting tattooed by Jonah Levin for 7-8 years. He can do it all from black and grey to traditional/japanese/lettering. He works fast and clean. I feel honored to wear his work every day.
I recently had the chance to get tattooed by Riley and Morgan who also work at the shop. They really made me feel at home and the tattoos they did look great. If you love tattoos you'll love this shop.

Was looking for a skillful cover up artist online and I came across Natalie's information. After checking out her work I emailed her a few times back and forth and then she asked me to come into the shop so she can check out the ink I wanted covered up. First of all she's incredibly warm and kind, you feel instantly comfortable in her presence. The shop is small, but there are only two artists working at a time that I've seen. Everyone who works at the shop is patient, informative and fun to be around. It feels like hanging with friends when you're here.

Natalie is my go to artist; she's amazing! Have gotten flash and custom pieces, black/grey and color, and have been blown away with the results every time.

I found FT through my artist Kevin D.(check his work out on IG @old_man_kevin) moving here from his previous spot! Super cool studio - very clean, professional cozy spot right off Mission. My last three tattoos have been more traditional color pieces and Kevin always makes my ideas a million times better that what I had in mind. Great ideas elevated! I highly recommend coming and checking out this studio to see the quality for yourself!

I got my first tattoo ever done by Ken. He was very patient and helpful when I asked him questions about pain and tattoos in general. I was honestly very nervous about the pain. Ken reassures me saying I'll be okay and asked me if I'm ready a few times before he started.
Ken did a great job transfering a graphic image on my phone to a real tattoo on my upper left shoulder. He checked with me about the details of the tattoo and the right colors.
I would definitely come back here for other tattoos!
