I have a 2001 Chevy express that I use for adventuring, and despite low miles (<80k), sometimes stuff goes wrong that makes me worry about taking it on long trips without service. Once, the suspension air line popped off going over a rocky road, and they just popped it back on free of charge.
More recently, we've needed various checks and they never overcharge, and are patient with explaining the reasons for repair or replacement. One of our friends bounced around mechanics paying literal $1000s only to come to Jerry's and it was a $250 simple fix. These guys are great.

Jerry Lambert Automotive is owned, obviously, by Jerry Lambert. I have used his automotive repair for 30 years. I have never experienced having an auto repair company which is incredibly honest. I've had the mechanics tell me of repairs I SHOULD NOT have done. I love them so much I have my young adult children utilizing his service.

I'm definitely a fan after a couple of visits. They have always treated me well, been clear on their pricing and done great work. A couple of times that I've had to talk with them about what they were doing and why (I have an oddball vehicle with customizations), they've been great about listening and adjusting their plans as needed. The one time they made a small mistake (happens to the best of us, right?), they absolutely took responsibility and fixed it free of charge. You don't find that kind of no-nonsense professional service very many places any more. Totally a fan.

The Maintenance Technicians were personable, professional and patient in explaining what was needed and why. They were quick and I received my vehicle back when they’d promised. The services they’d completed were brakes, re surfacing the rotors and a fuel injection cleaning.
My vehicle seemed to perform noticeably better overall than when I had great breaks previous to these procedures.
