We will do our best to accommodate you, but if we feel there isn't adequate time to give you the experience you deserve, you will be asked to either alter the service you are booked for, or reschedule. We understand that life does not stop just because you are getting your nails done, while cell phones and children are welcome in the salon, if they become disruptive to our other guests experience, you may be asked to reschedule.

The technician asked if I would like a manicure with my dip service, I said sure! My manicure consisted of a bowl of cold water for 30 seconds per hand and cuticle trim only on one hand. I asked for extensions on my natural nail but asked that they be very short due to the type of work I do. I was asked if the length was ok, I asked for them to be made shorter. Instead of shortening them, the nail technician continued with the dip. After the dip was applied, I asked for my nails to be shortened again. The technician used the drill to shorten them, no problem. EXCEPT! The part she removed was left

Stopped in for pedis with a girlfriend on a Thursday afternoon. They weren't busy and we got in right away. But the entire time we felt as though we were a bother and that the technicians were ina rush to get us out of the salon. Both of us walked away feeling like the quality was similar to what we could have done on our own at home.
Fast forward two days - and my shellac polish was already chipping/pealing.
Unfortunately I feel like this was a huge waste of money. If you're looking for quick - this is your place but don't expect to feel pampered.

Poor customer service over the phone before I even arrived. The girl running the show was.more interested in correcting me than simply answering a question. Then she got mad with me because I did not want to argue about time.I tried to be courteous & was still treated rudely by her. Then my daughter arrived & it was the same thing. Now a week later my paint is peeling & it's gel. The girl that helped me was nice but the experience was already ruined. I simply told her I would never come back.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service and unsanitary. My mail tech dropped her tool not once, but twice and didn't clean it. Unfortunately they couldn't understand what I was saying and when they messed up my nails completely- they would not make it right. The manager was rude and argumentative when I asked for a discount because I didn't have another hour to stay and get it fixed. It was embarrassing/Very unprofessional. My suggestion is go elsewhere- or definitely don't complain if they mess up or the manager will cause a loud scene. Never again

Pretty rude and didn't want to do my nails. Maybe it's because I am black... jk (kinda). I'm pretty sure they were making fun of me which made me extremely uncomfortable. I also had three different people who worked on my nails. The last person who did my nails rushed through it and did a terrible job. Never going back. Highly don't recommend this place. They still made me pay.

My first time visiting this nail salon and will be my last. They did not file the nails down enough on the bottom so they would catch in my hair. I went back two days later to have them fix the issue. They fix the problem but we're unpleasant during the entire interaction. You do a service you should take pride in your job and when your clients are unhappy you fix the problem with a smile regardless of if you believe the complaint is valid.

I was greated promptly and pleasantly but my experience went downhill from there. I was rushed to pick my nail color and felt like I was on a conveyor belt vs being a person. My cuticles were knicked even after I warned them I bleed easy. The technician, Tony, constantly grabbed my shin too hard, dug his nails into painful spots on my toes and did the worst paint job I've had: an 8year could do better. Then I had to redo my nail cuticles because he missed vital details. Aweful, unrelaxing experience and I still paid $60!!

Just moved to the area. Took my daughter for her first acrylics, and a pedicure. I had identical services. The pedicures were alright. Although, we both had gel nail polish, which was gone a week after our service. Our acrylics were poor. They were very thick, unnatural, and unattractive. Will not be returning.

The bad: they only have 3 pedicures to choose from. My nail tech only cut 8 of my toenails & only put a base coat on 9 toenails & didn't use a top coat at all. She didn't massage my feet at all & the leg massage was mediocre. Also the employees who were not with clients just sat around in the massage chairs talking & laughing loudly (this is just one of those things

Amazing!!! My sister lives in Omaha and I was visiting her from NY. We went to True Nail Studio on a whim and it was soo good! We both got pedicures- they spent so much time (scrubs, cucumbers, message stones) Wow! And since we went in the morning we got "happy hour" price, meaning $10 off each pedicure. They both turned out beautifully. My sister will definitely be going back... and same for me when I return to Omaha. highly recommend! Great staff and service!

I have been to many salons around the city and I'm pretty sure I've never been to the same one more than twice. THAT is about to change. I've finally found a place and a nail stylist I can depend on to do an awesome job, not hurt my cuticles or take 2 hours to give me a mediocre manicure.
And best of all, show Saa a picture and she can do it. Whaaatttt!
The shop is clean and bright, the staff is super friendly and even when they aren't speaking English, you know they aren't talking about you. Plus it's right off Maple just West of Home Goods, get your nails done

I had gone to a couple places before and they were quite rough with my nails, but then when I came to true nails I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there is super nice. They were also more gentle with my nails and I left without a single cut. They're also very accommodating and will try their best to recreate a design that I show them. I gave them a four because a couple of my acrylics were slanted and not straight across and they were kind of rough on the edge. That only happened once and every other time I've gone has been more then satisfactory!

This is a great nail spot if you're coming in for the run of the mill shellac polish or acrylic nails with shellac polish. Sa, who manages the place is awesome! She is the younger, standout tech who is always learning and trying to perfect her techniques. Her acrylic dip skills are PERFECTION!! Amy is the best at pedicures and is super sweet! Overall, my experiences have been good here. There was one instance where Cindy did an acrylic full set on me with shellac polish. She rushed through the process and was less than friendly. Let me start off this review by stating that I am a licensed Esthetician, so I know how to do a proper pedicure, and cleanliness and relaxation are highly important in my eyes. Which is why I rated this place 3 stars, basically saying, eh it's okay.
