I had the best experience ever! It's so hard to find a nail salon with great customer service, they were extremely nice to me, I got there 30 minutes prior to closing (I didn't know) I asked for a pedi and a manicure. Usually other nail salons just rush to get you out of the door, this was not the case.
They took their time with my hot stone pedi and even fixed my nail polish i messed up when i got up. I told them i could go back another day to get my manicure they insisted it was ok, they did not rush one bit with my manicure even though the rest of the staff was almost ready to go, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable one bit.

Came here with my mom, sister, and niece to get manicures and pedicures. I only needed a pedicure since I had already had my nails done in Chicago. This is my mom's go to nail spot and she had the foresight to book us an appointment beforehand. We came on a Friday afternoon. The salon was a little more crowded though, than I would have liked. However we were spaced out at the pedicure chairs. Overall I enjoyed my pedicure, I got the express, I got the express pedicure with add on To remove callous. My cost was $25 plus 10 so $35 for a pedicure . Overall, 3.5 was my experience but I did have

This was the first time we've tried Pretty Nails. The location was easy to find. We were greeted as we walked in and prompted to check in. We picked a polish for our hot stone pedi and waited for less than five minutes. We had arrived early so we weren't mad about the wait at all. The pedicure was great! Not rushed and VERY relaxing. The salon appeared clean. I can't wait to go back!!

What brought me to this salon was the reviews. They seemed like they did it all. I went in for a manicure for acrylic nails but the women who does it was out of town, so I decided to get a pedicure. I was very happy the way they came out! I went 2weeks later to finally get my nails hoping the women came back from her vacation... I walk in asking for the acrylic nails, she was too busy. For the popularity that it has they should train/hire more acrylic doers. Oh, & they don't wax! Overall good experience but services are limited.

When you can actually get in to get your nails done. They do a fabulous job and I have also had their jelly pedicure. Love that. But to actually walk in, like it says on their window, virtually impossible! I'm busy and can't always make an appt. So very inconvenient. She really should have another nail tech in there. If your turning people away YOUR losing money, my money that went elsewhere.

Super rude! Sign says walk-ins welcome but I was told they didn't have time to do a new set of nails at all today. Wasn't offered a follow-up appointment or asked to wait or anything. My biggest complaint here is the attitude I was given. I don't expect them to be available 24/7 but ask if I'd like to make an appointment next time. Treat me as if you WANT my business. Also was harassed on Yelp by employees because of this feedback with catty remarks like I'm old and need makeup. Apparently adults are not running this business. Will not be back.

I have been a client at the other location for years, and this is the salon where everyone knows my name! The new location offers the same good customer service and great pedicure with massage.
During my pedicure, he spent a lot of time massage my legs with salts and then ht stones. It felt great after a long day!
This is the same location as Mohegan, with the same great service, but not the crowds.
