Maple Valley is super accommodating and the staff are amazing! They give you plenty of notice to changes that are happening to the complex and are super amazing at responding in a timely manner to any questions or comments you may have. The complex is very clean and the apartments are super nice and kept up to date.

Save yourself the headache and money...look into other apartments in the Cache Valley. I was a tenant at Maple Valley Apartments for 2 years while I was in school. Throughout this time, my roommates and I were repeatedly baffled at how unhelpful and rude the staff were, including the manager. As an example of this, after moving in, we were trying to secure a mail key. We were told that just to make one copy of the mail key for our apartment, it would be a nonrefundable $25 and we would have to return the key upon moving out. We reached out to USPS and they gave us each one for free.

Since starting college, I have lived at five different apartment complexes. While there were things I have liked about each, Maple Valley is by far my favorite!! The price is unbeatable AND I have the biggest room of any of my other apartments! The social scene is vibrant and active when I want something to do, but it is also a quiet and peaceful area of town. The landlords are quick to respond to inquiries and roommates are so kind. :)

We absolutely love it here. Managed by a company that absolutely knows how to manage..anything we have needed....matinance or otherwise has been taken care of immediately. We came from another complex where absolutely nothing was kept up...this has been so refreshing...The managers here also know how to manage and keep everything under control...very very satisfying. We are very happy we moved here.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and we have loved it! We have had very minimal issues, and the few issues that did come up (like a broken garbage disposal) the apartment maintenance team fixed right away. Management has also been super easy to work with and they take good care of the grounds, snow removal, and the facilities like the pool and spa. We originally did have some issues with the internet being spotty, but they have since done a big overhaul a few months ago and we haven't had issues with it since. Long story short, Maple Valley is an excellent place to live.

By far the best apartments we’ve ever lived in! When we found them we lived across the country so in an already crazy time we took a leap of faith and signed a lease for an apartment we didn’t see in person first! They let us see the exact unit to ease our anxieties a few weeks before it was actually move in ready and since then have taken care of every question and concern. They must live by “When life gives you lemons make lemonade” because they take care of every issue: broken mailbox, covid, broken dishwasher without adding stress to the residents!

I had a great experience living at Maple Valley. It was comfortable and conveniently located. The managers are friendly and responsive, always willing to help with whatever I needed. Maintenance requests were easy to submit then dealt with quickly and efficiently. The amenities were well worth it from the fitness room to the year round hot tub. In the summer the grounds are green and well kept making it a friendly welcome anytime I was there. I definitely recommend this community!

Maple Valley is a great place to live! They keep the property very well maintained, and they respond quickly to maintainance requests. The staff in the office of Maple Valley are very friendly and will do everything they can to help you. The pool, hot tub, and club house are all very nice! Maple Valley really feels like home! Highly recommended living here!

I lived at maple valley for a year. My roommates had 3 cats, all living there unregistered. Though the cats hadn't done any permanent damage, I finally reported my roommates to management (I told them I would do so if they didn't get the cats registered.....they didn't.), which was a huge mistake because now I am being charged with part of the 750$ fee to replace the carpets.
Management is supposed to do inspections each time a new tenant moves in. They have failed to do so each time a new roommate has moved in, and now I am being charged of mysterious and invisible "damages

We talked with management, and they told us if we held off on moving in, they would redo the carpets and send someone back to clean. After being cleaned for the second time it was decent enough that we decided to move in. With that said, we still had to clean things before bringing in our stuff. I lived in maple valley in 2014-2015 and I would have to say that it was a horrible experience. Management is dishonest and very unhelpful. When I moved out they were extremely difficult to work with. After moving out they made up a lot of things about how the apartment was left. I ended up being charge for things that were left in perfect condition. I have lived a couple different places in Logan and maple valley was by far the worst. Everyone I have talked to that has lived at maple valley is left with a bad taste in their mouth. Maple valley does have a nice club house, pool and hot tube. Overall
