I was very happy to call The Point at Manassas home for 13 months. The community is very well organized and situated back and away from the business of 234 and I-66 yet still close enough to both highways to not make commuting feel like a chore, while still feeling secluded enough to feel like you're in a neighborhood community. The apartments are well maintained and despite the occasional call-in to maintenance to fix something. Everyone in the leasing office but especially Justin were always amazing and extremely helpful. My only major problem that I had was the community was a bit on the expensive

If I could give this place zero stars I would, do not move here. They take care of their staff even if they are in the wrong, it can take up to 2 weeks if you need help on anything fixed, they do not have manors or enthusiasm or know how to handle issues with care, it's not worth the money, constant issues with the buildings or help. They give you a copy and paste response with any issues. This is not a place to live, don't waste your money or your time here.

It's a good apartment complex, it's kept clean and tidy on the outside. It's a great place to live as long as you don't mind your online orders being stolen from your door step. If you don't mind that minor inconvenience this is a good place to consider. Management knows about the many stolen packages but insists you speak to the shipper or delivery company instead of attempting to fix the problem in house first.

The apartments are great but few people in the leasing office are very rude. One of them accused me of stealing papers from the printer, only because I ask them to fill up the printer with paper. Also, the maintenance staff is very careless. They left my apt key in my door and never came back to find it. If it had landed to a wrong person, god knows what could have happened. I still have their key to my apartment, they never reported us that they had lost their key to my apartment. How can someone be so careless?? :( Also, my building smells like weed most of the year

I have lived here for a little over 3 months now and I must say the difference between living here and when I lived at Orchard Glen is night and day, I really like my living space and the layout and bedroom sizes are perfect and I'm paying the best price I've ever had for rent. I definately reccomend to all my friends that are looking to move.

My family and I have lived here for 7 months now. The staff is excellent, always very friendly and helpful. When we have an issue, maintenance is very quick to respond and fix the problem. They do well with advance notifications for inspections also. The office does little parties and events that bring the residents together, it's nice.

My husband and I moved here from California late June. The leasing staff made the move in a very simple process. They were always available to answer any questions regarding the application process as well as questions regarding move in day. The community itself is very quiet and friendly. In the time we have been here we have not had any issues at all, and the complex has been maintained clean. So far, we have been very comfortable in our apartment. :)

I am a second leased resident at the point. The leasing office is very helpful and accommodating to resident needs. I love that the complex has open parking! The only complaint I had with the complex is my specific building door code fails in error more often than I would like. However, even with my complaint, the assistant manager, Justin has made sure to come check the box out himself and then also call for someone to come look at it. The leasing staff made the process very easy! The pool is great and I love the mini gym right next to it. We have only had to call maintenance once for a minor plumbing issue and they responded quickly and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

I wish I had never moved in here. I have to listen to the people upstairs run around everyday from early in the morning till late at night. I asked very nicely for someone to talk to him was even told that someone in the office would speak to the manager and never heard anything back. I asked the people upstairs very nicely if they could not run around so much and I was basically told to get over it and if I didn’t like it I need to move out. The staff here is #amazing with assisting me in becoming a tenant here. I saw the property a month ago, living in NYC. And from that moment, my intentions were to move here and it happened. First of all, let me start by saying I work in customer service and I know good service when I can find it. When I moved, I did a thorough evaluation of the space and when I had a question about the thermostat they sent a maintenance person right away! My unit is spacious with plenty of natural light as well as a porch big enough for two seats and a table. The washer and dryer are large as well and the dishwasher runs perfectly. We just moved here at The Point in Manasses last November and we are loving it! All the office staff are great and we met Angel Brown at the rental office who did our application and she made the process easy and quick for us. We were in time for the Christmas Party which was well organized and a lot of gifts were given away. We put in a ticket for maintenance and one of the crew, Carlos came within very reasonable time and fixed our issue. I would recommend this serene place to everyone who is looking for a nice place to call home. There is plenty of parking and you do not need parking stickers

Just recently moved in and I'm very satisfied with the turn around time for any work order that is placed. They do a great job following up to ensure that everything is working properly and that we're satisfied tenants. However, the reason for my 4 star instead of 5 is that when we initially moved in, the bathrooms didn't seem like they were cleaned as well they should have been, specifically the bath tubs, same goes with the fridge, that was and has been my only concern. The leasing office has impleneted lights on the sides of all buildings which is absolutely helpful in my opinion

I am coming up on my third year here. I absolutely love it! The new management transition was a shock, but in a good way. I had a leak in my apartment in the same spot FOUR times before new maintenance. They actually fixed it and I have been leak free for almost a year! They even followed up with a free carpet cleaning! Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. I’ll be here until I decide to buy a home!

Customer service here is excellent. The intire leasing team including management is amazing! I've lived in various different places in my life and I have to say, this has to be one of the best in the area. GREAT PRICES, quiet, clean, cool amenities; including movie room! I have lived here for about 5 months from old management to new management. The new management adjusted pretty fast. I have had issues with the ac and fridge. The fridge was replaced immediately. The part for my ac was ordered and replaced. There’s no bugs infestation. Personally, the price seems reasonable. The apartment buildings are well kept. The staff are effective in doing their jobs. The only issues I have are some tenants being a little dirty; that is not putting their trash in the container but leaving it right at the entrance of the garbage area.
