Horrible management: the manager Selena is very rude and has unnecessary attitude. 1) Money hungry people, took all our deposit on move out plus asked for extra money, the reason: they had to replace the whole carpet due to some stains, the carpet team or management didn’t even attempt to clean the carpet (for which they were charging us a cleaning fee) but went directly to replace on our charge plus on our ore move out inspection the staff member said things look okay with some heavy cleaning required, we were fine with that but she said final move out inspection is done by Selena and knowing

From my understanding this place used to be a great place to live, then the new apartment manager took over. Since she's been the manager, there has been high staff turn over, an apartment fire, sewege literally spilling into the parking lot, and you get constantly complained at, no phone call just an eviction threat, if one little blind is out of place in your windows, or other tiny little issues. I moved into an apartment where the carpet has jagged nails coming out of it and the AC/heater is constantly breaking and when you tell the staff, they blame it on you and tell you not to run your AC

Lived here for 10+ years. Great quiet neighborhood. Each apartment has its own laundry which makes it convenient. It has two Pool areas with a Jacuzzi in each area. If one area is crowded try the other
The Leasing Staff are friendly and try their best to solve any problems that may arise. The maintenance staff are well trained and get things repaired in a very timely fashion. The groundskeeper works very hard at keeping the grounds clean.
I would not hesitate in recommending Sycamore Terrace to friends and family

I love this place! The community is fantastic. It is nice, clean, and quiet. All the girls in the office are super helpful. Linda is the one who helped me with my application. She was super informative and very sweet. Selena and Cierra have also been helpful when I have called. Great group of people and a great community!

I have lived here going on 5.5 years. Overall I have enjoyed living here. My apartment is by the pool which I Love! Very friendly neighbors. The Office staff is okay I think Selena is the best but I missed the office staff from before. Resident appreciation week used to be better now they just do things so simple. I used to love their parties by the pool not anymore! When something needs to be fixed they get to it right away! I have never had any issues with them! Love the community and I feel really safe! The maintenance guys are always on time and very friendly. I would recommend the community
