I have enjoyed my stay here at Painted Trails. Anytime I have a question or a maintenance concern the front office does a great job at responding to me swiftly. Taylor is usually my point of contact when I do reach out to the front office and she does a great job at following up to make sure my issue is resolved!

We were super optimistic when we first moved into this place. Staff seem nice and complex seemed overall pretty well-maintained. However, after a few months in we started to see concerns. Every month we were noticing that our rent was increasing. First, we noticed that they charge small fees and taxes on each fee for pretty much any and everything. Our third month here, I paid rent online in the full amount the day it was due bringing our balance to zero. When we moved to Painted Trails we were happy with the management team, but when another company took over and there was a new management team, we noticed change and not for the better. The property management/owner only had the apartment buildings by the leasing office looking clean. Where we lived, the walkways were dirty and needed power washing. We, including 2 other neighbors told the front office and they didn't do anything about it. One of the residents took it upon herself to clean the walkways. This resident also told me she's lived there for some time and she wasn't happy with the new

I went on a tour and Taylor greeted me with a bright smile.. I was so pleased she answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable and professional.. she is so lovely to work with which is a huge bonus! The grounds are very nicely kept.. clean and green! Just beautiful! I’m looking forward to my move to this beautiful place!

Great place to live. The new management has been leaps and bounds better than the old one. Ashley in the front office is great. Maintenance is always on time and fixes things promptly. They are all what you want in an apartment complex.
Great place to have a dog because there is a greenway connected to the side of the complex that continues all the way back through the power ranch subdivision. Miles of walking space and park like feel.
My only problem is the upper regional management can heat the pool but won’t let the on site management heat the pool!

The Painted Trails apartments are great! I had a hectic week of moving in and then some life things changed, and moved out. Angie Ashton was amazing through the entire experience!! She truly is amazing! She is understanding, takes her time and is all around great at sales! She is a huge reason why I chose these apartments. Her manager as well, for being so accommodating! The apartment was beautiful and you can tell the people that live there, love it! I will always refer people there!

I believe office management bribes people to leave positive reviews. If you are considering this place as your residence, make sure you talk to the residents first before signing a lease and get the truth about what it's like to live here. There are better places to live locally for your hard earned money. This community is poorly run, understaffed, dirty, old, and over priced compared to other communities. It's revolving door of employees. The management team, Karen Freeman, Heather Sparks, and others, are the real problem. Please don't take my word for it. Make sure you talk to at least 5 residents

We had a great experience living here ! Angie is absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond for everyone! We have lived in a few different apartment complexes and so far we have had the best experience here all thanks to Angie. Apartments are really nice, we had no issues with parking, or noise from neighbors. Definitely would recommend Painted Trails. If we weren’t moving back to Michigan we would be staying ! Thank you Angie for all you do !
