Day & Associates Property Management was founded in 1981 to serve the rental management needs of the greater South Bay. Today, we manage rentals for clients all across the area, including the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Hermosa Beach & San Pedro. Sheylla Hudson has been the Office Manager for Day & Associates since 2004. She is in charge of accounting/banking for each property to include collecting and depositing rent, owner contributions and overseeing all outgoing payments. Sheylla is also responsible for coordinating with section 8 and various city housing projects.

I purchased property through them, and also have contracted them to be my property manager. They have been managing my property since 2003. They are very prompt with providing monthly reports.
