We've lived here for a couple of years now and there's nothing to complain about. The apartments are roomy with plenty of space for all of your stuff and the balconies are large. The grounds are kept clean on a daily basis. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful especially in the last 2 years with all the crazy going on. The pool area is great but could benefit from more furniture for those busy summer months. You have access to a computer room, dry sauna, weight room and movie room. However with the rental price increases everywhere I don't know if we'll be able to continue living

We have lived here for a little over 2 years and I have to say I really do enjoy it. The location is great and the grounds are kept nicely. My building is great with good people living in our building. We look out for each other. The office staff and maintenance crew have always been wonderful with us. All repairs we have ever needed have been repaired that day or the next day.
My only complaint is the terrible increasing prices in rent! This complex is managed by a big corporation who is greedy and is no longer thinking about reasonable housing prices. It feels as of they are only concerned with

No cell service. Office staff does not respond in a timely manner by email or phone. Don't bother with feedback, nothing will ever changes. The office staff literally could care less about the issues or things they impose on you without notification. Administrative staff changes frequently. I can't in good conscience make a good recommendation, spend your hard earned money somewhere else do yourself a favor. You can find a nicer place to live. Conditions deteriorated crime rate in area up , vehicle break ins. Internet service provided barely streams video. Yearly tricks to increase rent.

I have been living here and love the safe community and the roomy apartments. We have a nice pool, jacuzzi, weight room, computer room, media room, and community room. Each apartment gets a covered parking space. Garages are available for an additional amount. Kitties and Doggies are welcomed. They are well insulated and have thick walls, no neighbor problems. The staff is helpful and educated. The maintenance team are good and work to fix your problem.

Management has always been super sweet to me. I had a son and they worked with me to get rent current along with following their guidelines, while I was on maternity leave. I don't like that the prices are going up, I am really going to miss the staff and the community. But do be careful, lots of "college" adults that like to stay up nightly in the hot tub. (Also was well addressed when brought to management's attention) thank you for the amazing times!
