The place is nice, but you will live here with anger. Besides the fact that there are lots of extra miscellaneous charges in addition to the rent every month (more than all my previous rental apartments, OK, that may not be a deal-breaker), their valet garbage collection service is ridiculous! I pay $15 a month for this service, so that garbages and recycles will be collected if I leave them at my front door. The collection starts at 8 pm, no way to opt-out. My neighbor literally sees the man finishes the whole building and left at 8:05 pm one time. That's also true in my own experience: For several

Gabriel is the best maintenance person here. If haven didn’t have him I don’t know what haven would be without Gabe. He’s an honest, hardworking, skilled, knowledgeable and diligent worker. I enjoy all conversations with him and how much he cares in making sure this place is in ship shape. Also the staff here are super friendly and helpful.

Moved out on 8/31/2020. FYI for future residents they charge a flat move out cleaning fee so don't knock yourself out cleaning. Billing issue was resolved easily. Decently quiet place as far as apartments go. No sound through the walls. Some drunken shenanigans outside. Close to the TriMet, walking distance to New Seasons.

Haven apartments are great. They are luxury apartments but priced well. They are very new & modern with open floor plans and stainless appliances, but these things can be seen in pictures or via a tour. What you can’t see is the quiet atmosphere, community vibe, and helpful staff. I’ve never heard my neighbors (3rd floor) and I was very surprised. One thing I’ve noticed living here is that they have an amazing maintenance manager. Gabriel really goes above and beyond. He takes care of the units by taking care of the tenants. Overall a decent apartment in the Orenco area. Close to the max station, nearby to shopping and restaurants.
Don’t expect a deposit when you move out. This is actually the first apartment we have never gotten anything back. A number of charges were from back charged for bills (they were months behind in billing) but we were still charged over $400 for cleaning which I was told is their standard (based on unit size). We spent hours cleaning when we moved. I'd assume that basic unit/carpet cleaning should be automatically done as part of the turnover process before any new tenant moves in (like

I found this place by accidentally taking a wrong turn as soon as I seen this place I was like wow brand new good location I better check it out. office staff was wonderful and very helpful.. long story short.I moved in within 2 weeks after checking it out and I love It.They have a pool,hot tub exercise room 2 by grills etc.. So come on down and check it out you will fall in love with the brand new apartments..

As our time here comes to an end, I am saddened by how exciting it once was to live here. The staff, little treats, enjoyable amenities.
Now, I have given up on hoping for one last enjoyable swim in the pool. The advertisement of "Spa like heated pool," is no longer something to look forward to. Leasing rates went up but for what?

I have lived here for about 6 months and I really like it. The facility is kept up really nice, the staff is very welcoming, and it is very quiet. They have a modern style to all the apartments and the ceiling are very tall so it doesn’t feel too tight. The staff throws community parties with the residents. Just attend the Thanksgiving dinner party and it was very nice. There is a good sense of community here and would highly recommend. Also any services issues within my apartment where fixed in a timely mannner.
