We have lived here for almost 3 years and have never had any issues. The management is great and always respond back within 24 hours. This was our first apartment and have been very impressed. This is a great starter apartment. It's minutes away from Jordan creek mall and there is a hyvee down the street which is super convienent.

I wonder why the question of "Per ADA law and regulations" how did his place and handicap accessible apartments pass West Des Moines Inspections all this time??????? The barriers that deter accessibility is purely obvious. Does Hamlet not rent to persons of diversity and handicapped? How does that work? I think the smell of a rat has been in the air too long. What about the amenities for all to enjoy? Be careful when swimming and doing laundry or just getting in to the false advertising of a controlled access????? If they consider a luck of the draw key I guess it can be controlled
