The Early Years: When I was about 7 years old, me and a buddy (Jeff) started a little bike shop in my garage at 2988 Quitman Street. Basically, we lined up all our bikes (that weren't really for sale) and told everyone we had a bike shop. Post Early Year: Many, many years later I started another business with the hopes of getting into the bicycle business when I had "figured business out".
We have a custom made Phil Wood spoke cutter. We'll be building a bunch of custom wheelsets fixed, single speed and Sturmey Archer 3 and 7 speed. If you just need spokes made, we can make them in DT Swiss, Phil Wood or Wheelmaster in any length and in 12, 13 or 14 gauge. Wholesale pricing available to local dealers and builders.

Great bike shop. I went there searching for an obscure part that other stores simply said were "out of stock with their distributors." The employees here helped me find the part to buy online somewhere. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and really took the time to help solve my issue better than anywhere else. They had a fully equipped bike work/repair area and a wide range of really clean new and used bikes. Not much in the way of bike clothing or accessories but it's a small shop and it was packed with bikes so definitely worth checking out if you're in the market or need a tune-up.

This is a good, no-frills bike shop run by a dude that loves bikes and wants to get you on one that you'll like. I wanted something to commute on, and he helped me find a bike that was quality and also cheap enough that I won't be devistated if it gets stolen. Never tried to upsell me and was very excited to see me get a bike that I love.

Legit af. Everything i hoped a local custom bike shop would be. Got my tire fixed, learned how to look for goat heads inside without slicing off one's finger, and they had my tube after previous shops did not. So besides the obvious having good inventory, customer service and being Hella 🐕 friendly.. they were chill.

I recently purchased a used Cannondale Synapse and thought I should have the bike serviced. I took the bike to the Bicycle Broker for servicing and prior to accepting the bicycle for servicing I was asked about any issues with the bike (no issues, I just thought it prudent to be serviced). He explained that the hub bearings and bottom bracket bearing were sealed and can only be replaced, not serviced and he quickly put the bike on the stand, checked the wheels for spinning smoothly and suggested there was no need to service the bike. Checked the chain and recommended I come back in a couple of

Went to another bike shop to repair a non-functioning shifter. They said they couldn't fix it and sold me a new part to "do it myself". Not knowing how to replace it, I had a good friend recommend The Bicycle Broker as he had received great service here so I gave them a try. Easily 5-STAR. The gentleman looked at the shifter, mentioned he could fix it and 10 minutes later, had it working like a charm! So I returned the part to the "other " bike shop and have now definitely switched my services to The Bicycle Broker. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use their services again.

I bought Surly here the other day. The guys are knowledgeable and down to earth. They suggested a great bike for my height and one that's overall very well rounded to meet my expectations. When i further researched the bike, everything i found on it was near identical to the information i received and the reviews backed it all up. They're pricing is competitive and fair. I'm loving the fitment, style, and overall functionality of my new bike. And im very happy to have gone through The bicycle broker. I'm sure Ill be going back in the future.
