I love my FattE Londonderry. In just 4 weeks I put 160 miles and its the winter here in Santa Fe, New Mexico! I go days without getting in my vehicle and not worrying about parking when I am out and about is such a relief. This bike has made my life more efficient and the additional exercise is a great bonus!
I have loved using my e bike. Not only has it been great getting me to where I need to go, but I feel a lot safer in the process. I don't know if it is the speed or the size of the tires, but cars seem to respect me more by giving me more space and not wizzing by. We took this at the top of Moose Mountain Ski Area about 10 miles from downtown Fairbanks.

Upgraded LCD that allows you to easily adjust your Pedal Assist, turn on & off your lights, monitor your speed, riding time, battery power and more. The bike is exactly what I was looking for! There are so many bikes that are similar to the one I purchased (Penalosa) but the fact that I got to customize it was the deciding factor! But after the purchase FattEbikes worked with me on delivery as I am living full time in an RV and receiving mail and packages are always a challenge. The bike folds and fits perfectly in the back of my Jeep Wrangler. After delivery I had some very minor issues and Ben in support was amazing in resolving any issues I had. The support you receive with this company is 5 stars!! I highly recommend FattEbikes!!

We love out FattE-Bikes. We have over 700 miles on them. Mountains, trails between Broomfield and Boulder, along the Highway 6 between Golden and Idaho Springs, Fall River Road in RMNP. We range in age between 27-68 and we all have a great experience. We had them tuned up and the service is great and a very fair price!!

Absolutely five star review! Fatte and crew have made buying a custom built bike worth every second. The bikes are durable and I have gone places I’ve never thought possible. I’ve explored more of the city and mountains and keep finding cool trails. The customer service is great and the follow up care is appreciated. I love my Fatte bike!

On March 9th we reserved and prepaid in full for the rental of two e-bikes for a full day on April 29th with this company.
Fatte E bikes shows up as the number one option on Google for electric bike rentals in Denver. We were looking forward.
I just received a cancellation and refund today sent to my email, Friday April 23rd, stating that they don't have any bikes for rentals but will gladly sell us bikes and will only allow a 15 minute test ride.
The entire interaction is black and white can only be perceived as deceptive.
I was offered another option 20 minutes outside of Denver but only

If you're looking for a high quality ebike and exceptional customer service, look no further. The owners Kenny and Victoria are very prompt in answering all your questions and doing their best to accommodate you. As stated in an earlier review, expect a wait because these bikes (actually almost all bikes) are in high demand. But, fatte bikes are worth the wait. I picked mine up four days ago and it already has 57 miles on it, including a 32 mile ride today!

Top notch quality, fit and finish. My Sgt. Mingo bike is solid and performs great. Higher speeds and going up grades are easy, and the drive system takes it in stride, without heat issues that can seem to develop with some motors. A great product that is local! Big downside is the time from ordering until final delivery. Otherwise a great E bike all around!

I test drove one of these in May and immediately placed an order for one because it was so much fun (they build them from scratch so you won’t roll out with one so just be mindful of that). Fast forward about 5 weeks later, and I have the sickest lil’ custom fat tire ebike I could have possibly imagined! It’s incredibly sturdy and just feels like a really high quality bike. The crew at Fattebikes couldn’t have done a better job, and also much praise to Kenny for the great attitude and customer service. Will definitely be back to buy another for my wife soon.

I am a proud owner of a FattE Bike! My Sgt. Mingo is quite fast, especially when peddling. It is a very stable ride, including in the winter. My bike cruised right through snow and ice. But, the customer service has been the best part. I've had a few things come up, and they jump right on it. Great people.

We met Kenny of FattE Bikes at an Energy event in late 2017. My husband and I were immediately impressed with the passion which was presented to us about these bikes, and the sturdy look got us talking about getting out on our mountain roads. Before we had even taken a ride, my husband purchased 2 FattE bikes and they were delivered on Thanksgiving Day 2017. It was a great day indeed!!

Without a doubt the smartest purchase I've made in a while. I bought my FattE-bike (Londonderry) for commuting to the office, running errands, and making the occasional trek further afield into Denver proper. The FattE gets me up and over the big hills without making me too tired (and sweaty) to do anything once I've reached my destination. The only possible downside, if you want to call it that, is all the attention it attracts.
