I used to love Framework Cycles but somewhere along the way, their quality of service just went downhill. I have been going to them all Summer long and only to them. When I first took my first bike to them, Jake earned my business and loyalty because of the outstanding service they provided. Throughout the Summer I have brought several bikes to them. For tuneups, tube replacements, and even a drive train upgrade.
But it seems that all went down hill while Jake went on vacation. I brought my hardtail in and tried to work with Tom. From the very beginning, it didn't seem like Tom wanted
