MobileBikeMan is a great service. It was easy to schedule an appointment, Jose comes right to your house and he was extremely competent and thorough and addressed all the issues I had with my electric bike.

The pandemic has changed things. Mobile and delivery are not the main mode by which I get things done. Jose was prompt, efficient and helpful. He did a great job; got three bikes tuned up and fixed in 1.5 hours, as he estimated before he started. If you're busy and can't find a way to get your bike down to the shop, then don't worry, because Jose will do it right.
He was extra courteous and offered to wear a mask even when the CDC was saying it was unnecessary for vaccinated people to do so. This made me feel very comfortable and only added to the already great experience

I want to be as fair as possible about my recent experience with Jose since my first experience was so great. I have only contacted him twice. First time was pre-Covid, customer service was fantastic and he really did a good job for both of my bikes. I reached out yesterday and filled out the service request form, explained a couple things I needed to do and requested a phone call back to discuss because I know he can’t just show up to change a single flat. I got a response this morning saying my needs “aren’t worth the trip, thanks for reaching out.” My advice is if you submit a service

Jose is great! He did a tune-up on two cargo bikes with electric assists, fixed a flat on one of them, and adjusted the brakes on our daughter's scooter. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Bikes are working like new! It is incredibly convenient to have our bikes worked on in our driveway since they are so big and we don't have a truck. Our neighbors were also impressed and plan to send business his way. We highly recommend Jose!

Great service! Was able to quickly tell me what my bike needed and options on ways to save. He does his work efficiently and then explains what he found as well. He even helped me find a part online the next day that he did not have with you. Price is reasonable and cheaper in my option than a shop, expect he comes to you!! Recommend 100%

I paid a large amount of money -- $189 -- to Jose, the Mobilebikeman, to do a complete overhaul of my bike. He failed to lubricate the lower bracket (the crank), a normal part of such an overhaul. When I asked him to come back and do it when it started making noise about two weeks after I paid him, he refused and told me he had "fixed" my bike and if I wasn't satisfied I should get a new bike. Instead I went to the BikeSource bike store and they immediately identified the problem and fixed it for $40.

I can't say enough about Jose and his work. I got a bike online and could not find a shop that would work on it. I only wish I would have found him sooner as I may have had him build one for me. He did a full setup on the new bike and after riding it for a few months we just made some minor adjustments. This monstrous e-bike rides great! He knows what he's doing and got right to work on it. He knows all the components and I really look forward to continuing to work with him.

In a time of COVID and that we recently re-relocated back to Colorado, Jose and Mobilebikeman was what we needed to get my daughter and I back on our bikes. He was communicative via email and text and assessed our problems and then replaced our tires rather than try to upsale a bunch of stuff. Got me back on my bike with quality tires and self sealant and a nice guy to talk with. Would highly recommend for any kind of repair! Quality work and fast.

Called Mobile Bike Man to get my sixthreezero EvryJourney assembled. The prices were reasonable. Called for the appointment on Thursday for an appointment a week later. I received the bike on Friday. Over the weekend, I bought a Electra Townie 21D decided to get the bike tuned up. Texted Mobile Bike Man and asked if he could do a tune up during the same appointment, he said yes. So I waited until Thursday for my appointment.

So I called this guy multiple times before I finally got thru and we confirmed the date and time when he was available. He asked me to text him with the scheduled date which I did. After a few weeks, I didn't hear back from him so finally texted and called again before the scheduled date, no response. Totally unprofessional. If you are counting on getting your bike tuned with him, don't bother

Jose, with Mobile Bike Man, just left my house after fixing my wife's bike. He was professional, his service truck was clean and orderly and he diagnosed and fixed the bike so it works properly.
We usually use the bike repair shop near C-470 and University and they always do a good job. But you have to lug your bike there, leave it overnight and then drive back to pick it up.
Mobile Bike Man comes to your house and fixes it right on the spot. Very convenient.

I have never met Jose in person, but booked him online to fix my flat tire while I was working 3 jobs and had zero time to bring it anywhere. I simply gave him directions on how to find the bike, the chain code, and he did it! I came home and it was fixed! I hadn't even paid him a dime yet! He sent an invoice through email that night which I paid in the morning. Thanks so much! What an honest business!
