Staff hardly gave me the time of day. They were late to my tour, and the company is charging as much for a one-bed, one-bath ($1,490 for a previously lived in unit, $1,655 for a new, before fees including mandated cable/wifi, a common area electricity fee, utilities; $2k or more afterward) or a two-by-one (starting $1870) as the two-by-two I found across the street. We were down from Missouri recently looking for a new place. This is the first place we went to. We expected to pay the application fee and what not. Helene, their temp, told us there was a $75 application fee per applicant, no big deal, and $150 administration fee that would be refundable should we find something else. Well, we found something else. What they DON’T tell you is you only have 72 hours to get your $150 admin fee back. It’s in the very fine print of what you sign. $150 may not seem like a big deal, but to a family of 4 it’s about a weeks worth of groceries. I just wanted to

When deciding to move into this apartment complex, I took many factors into consideration. The selling point for me was Mr. Jeff. He truly is the nicest, most friendly, and helpful person. He makes you feel welcomed and continued communication with me until I moved in to make sure everything was going well and kept me up to date. Needless to say, Mr. Jeff was the main reason why I chose this apartment complex :)
