The apartments themselves are good, but the community is not. I've had over 300 dollars in packages stolen, my car broken into, drug deals and domestic disputes go on outside my bedroom at midnight, and cops swarming the building looking for someone. The apartments and management are good, it's a good place to live on a budget, but the community is just awful.

My wife and I lived at Summit Square Apartments for a few years. It has definitely been one of the better apartments we have experienced during our lives. Only reason for leaving is that we bought a house. I would also add that the property manager Michele Williams was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and kind. She always remembered us and even details about our lives. She has definitely been the best apartment manager I've ever come across in my life. Would definitely recommend living here. The only downside was when they switched from a 30-day written notice to a 60-day notice.

I was supposed to meet Leah Shumaker for a in person apartment tour that was scheduled over the phone for 2/2/2021 showing at 4:30 pm.
I also got an email from them confirming the same.
When i reached at 4:25 , i.e 5 minutes before my appointment time, the office was already closed. I made numerous calls and also left voicemail but there was no reply, i kept waiting for another half an hour but no one showed up.
I don’t appreciate being stood up look like this, especially Since i had to travel almost an hour to come to your office and make special arrangements at my work place for someone

Summit Square is a great place to live. Michele, and the rest of the team are professional, super helpful, answer questions in detail, and make everything very easy for the residents. The maintenance team is super responsive, keep the interior and exterior of the complex clean and well maintained. It is also so convenient to have on site laundry facilities. We truly appreciate how Michele and the rest of the team care about the people having a positive experience living at Summit Square Apartments.

I have lived in Summit square apartment for two years and it is one of my favorite apartment , Very quite, moderately clean, reasonable price, nice neighborhoods like for walking, biking and other exercise across the street Watson soccer field. The Leasing manager Michele Williams was always great with her welcoming personality for everyone , she listen what i ask for and communicate immediately , very proactive and knowledgeable .The maintenance crew was also very responsive and cooperative. In general during my stay at Summit square until own my House It was great. Thank you Kristin, Michele

Summit Square is an amazing place to live!! The staff is incredible, and always available when needed. The apartments are clean, spacious, and pretty updated. Lots of square footage for the price!!

Me and my dear husband have been lived in Summit Square for the past 5 years, and recently we are expand our little family, and need more space. Summit Square office staffs work with us above and beyond, and make us an easy transition from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. Maintenance staffs are super friendly, and fixed thing in timely fashion. Apartments are fairly clean, residents are nice and polite. I am highly recommend Summit Square to everyone without hesitation.
