The reason for my review is to say how kind everyone was at this property.
There is a lot of construction going on, so I am sure there are more complaints than compliments. The construction guys were very nice and said Hi and made sure that they weren't ripping roofs off over my head lol. --That should just be obvious- wait until the resident moves before throwing stuff but isn't always done. Can't wait to see what the place looks like when everything is done:)

Currently staying here and these apartments are the worst. The rent is so expensive and i don’t see why. When i first moved here my washer wasn’t working, then it was the AC, and now it’s the dryer. The dryer is still broke by the way and i been put in a work order. I’m 7 months pregnant and i have to take my loads to a laundromat to dry my clothes. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.

I enjoyed living here while my husband was stationed at fort hood. Maintenance always came when we had any problems. I loved the fact that they had a washer and dryer in the apartment. My husband was always washing his uniform, and we loved that it was in the comfort of our own home. Jodie and Leita were understanding when my husband had to deploy. Also loved that we were so close to everything.

I am currently living in keystone do not move in these apartments you will be paying a lot out of your pocket for things you don’t even know there are bugs everywhere in my apartment one day there was a mouse in the other room of my apartment don’t know how it got in there I called them about it and they told me I had to wait tell Friday for someone come down there and get it and the lady also told me I can catch it myself I was living in my apartment waiting for them to find someone to get the mouse out the apartment and also the apartment have a bad smell to it and they will tell you that

We have been dealing with the agent Leita and she’s absolutely AMAZING! She’s gone above and beyond for us. She’s made the whole moving experience a little less stressful and kept on top of everything and was very good at keeping us updated on everything. She had told us a price for the apartment we were going to get and the one that we got and the one we are in ended up increasing but because we couldn’t get the one we wanted her and her boss stuck with the original price they gave us. As well as the place over all is clean and honestly one of the nicest apartments I have lived in so far

The ladies in the office are so fabulous they are friendly and create a welcoming feeling the minute you walk in you already feel as if you are home. The complex is clean and quite peaceful. This place is family and pet friendly. If you need a great place to live this is your best choice. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Have a friend who has only lived there a month and invited me to stay over. It was a late decision so I didnt get there till after 10 PM and parked. There were no signs that said private parking that could be seen in the dark when I pulled in and non around the spot when I went outside at 5 am and found my vehicle had been towed. The towing company fee to retrieve my car is like 300 dollars so basically just to visit my friend from 10 PM till 5 am cost me 300 dollars. This should be illegal as there was no signs telling me the spot was by permit only and the front wasn't open to give guest

My husband and I have been living here since 2016 and we have felt like at home. The staff at Keystone has become like family, Jody, Maggie, Pat and all the new team members. They are absolutely amazing!! One of the reasons why we choose Keystone was because of the maintenance reviews they have and we'll they weren't lying. Anytime we have an issue (which haven't been many, could literally count on one hand) it has been resolved in a timely manner. The amenities Keystone offer are also excellent, love the newly renovated office, gym and computer area. We have also enjoyed grilling by the pool in

I’m happy to lived on this apartment. The ladies at the office and maintenance crew are awesome. The only thing I was unhappy and very disappointed that I didn’t get all the deposit back fairly. I move out early and break the lease and I ask the management how much I will pay to break the lease?..And, I paid the amount that I’ve been told to pay to move out early. The apartment that I live it’s in very good condition and very cleaned when I move out. I was hoping at least toget more of my deposit back rather than $212.00 amount only. First apartment I’ve ever lived

This is the absolute worst place to ever rent from!! My husband and I had orders and were told we only had to pay so many days because it was a 30 days notice they tried to charge us $1600 instead of the $250 we agreed on which we had in writing also for three previous months they tried to tell us we never paid rent and would try to charge us additional fees so we had to get bank statements to prove that we paid our rent and water. The lady Jodie in the front office will say anything to get you to sign a lease but will screw you over any way she can. It was about 95 degrees outside and my husband

It is a really nice neighborhood to live but these apartments are old so as well the amenities. This year With a little bit of rain my apartment got flooded. The entire living room and half of my bedroom were soaked in water. It was like walking on a lake. It took to the management ONE WEEK to replace the carpet. They didn't take any responsibility for the damage of my furnitures because I should have gotten a "renter insurance". The only thing I got it was a "discount" of one hundred dollars for my next rent which it didn't cover for all the damages nor the uncomfortable
