I talked with a girl 1 day and she said it could b a while. I had to call back tge next day and talk with someone else who was there letting them know that my washer overflowed and the carpet was affected in the hall and living room, and someone hD to come today and get this water up or we could have mold.
Never give up. The 2nd girl was professional and pleasant to speak with and got the job d one right away! I'd like to thank her.
In the past year I've been here, the maintenance dept is excellent!

Excuse me Wyngate, exactly how is it legal to raise the rent DURING a year long lease?
Landlords are not legally allowed to raise the rent DURING an existing lease contract where it says that renters agree to pay a certain amount for rent. It requires a whole NEW lease.
Two rent increases in 2021. One was earlier this year, the other one starts on the first of December and Wyngate renters all just got notified this week about that one.
I want to know, because I'm not happy about this. I'm leaving my 1 star until this gets explained to me and all of the residents having rent go up. Please explain

I do agree with the bridge ways and that the pavement can be a lot cleaner I try my best to clean the stairs and the front of my apartment and on my door to keep it as clean as can be also it was very nice at the beginning when the sign with the water fountain work that was very inviting and it was a very beautiful touch but it’s been a few months now that it’s not working that was one of the most beautiful inviting sayings I have ever seen I just think that the place could be a little cleaner other than that I haven’t had any issues or any big issues thank you so much for Y'all's hard work

I have lived here a little over 2 years and have not one complaint. I absolutely love it here! The staff is awesome and always so helpful with anything you need. They keep it clean and in order. They do ensure everyone is following noise ordinances and regulations as well. I plan on staying here until I can purchase my first home as they offer assistance and guidance when your ready! I recommend Wyngate to everyone I know!

The price is right for the amount space you rent and it’s conveniently located near the shopping plaza. The apartments are decent and clean. Management could work on their customer service, communication and accountability for their maintenance crew. Management have a very dry personality, including the maintenance crew. Maintenance is very unorganized and doesn’t complete service requests in a timely manner. It takes a bit of harassment and threatening to contact corporate for them to prioritize service requests. The maintenance crew has a tendency to band aid everything, rather than repair
