Coming to Virginia from Texas was very stressful and hectic, but the front office team at Arden Place was extremely helpful in making the transition smooth. Special shout-out to Amy Kennedy, for going above and beyond in assisting us. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Arden Place is a beautiful community with friendly staff, and neighbors. Location is everything and this location is almost perfect. You’re super close to a variety of restaurants, retail stores and grocery stores. Oh yeah, they’re also very dog friendly! Amazing atmosphere! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved my experience. Looked at many apartment buildings in Charlottesville when I moved here and nothing compared to the quality of Arden's building, amenities, and staff. Definitely a quieter crowd than some other apartment buildings that cater to younger renters and grad students, but ideal if you're looking for somewhere peaceful to live.

I left with a balance of $935.
I missed the 2 month deadline for notifying Arden Creek that I would not be renewing the lease. I informed them about 3 weeks too late. This amounted to a notice to vacate charge of $1058.87. I inquired if this could be waived as I'm an essential worker, a physician working during the COVID crisis, and really had a lot on my plate. I spoke to one staff member who said she would get back to me. I never heard back. I spoke to another staff member/manager a month later, who said she did not know anything about this and would also inquire from upper management and get

I stayed here for 6 months. Arden place is a nice quiet complex with very nice and spacious apartments. It was honestly too much for just myself in a 1 bedroom here, but I really don't have any complaints. The office staff was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The apartments are located in a very convenient area with an exit leading out to a shopping center that leads right to route 29 for easy access to almost anywhere I wanted to go! It's a little up there in the price range but if you're looking for those things, it's worth it

We lived here for 5.25 years and were very pleased with the community and how well it was maintained. We moved into the apartments when there were no security gates, and over the course of time, they made the complex more secure. Their social events increased from painting to cookout, movie by the pool, etc. Even though the community allowed pets, the complex was well maintained. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

BEWARE UVA PET OWNERS LOOKING TO RENT FROM THIS PLACE! This apartment really disappointed my husband and I. After living there for three years while in law school, we were prompt with our rent, quiet, and took great care of the apartment. We had a well-behaved dog that had a total of maybe two accidents in the apt, which we promptly cleaned up using carpet cleaner. After we moved out we got a bill from them several weeks later stating that we owed them an extra "carpet fee" due to our pet soiling the carpet. My wife and I have lived at Arden Place almost 3 months now. We have nothing but great things to say about the apartments, the clubhouse, and the entire staff. Since everything is so new, there are very few issues, you can count the previous renters on less than one hand. When a maintenance issue does arise, all it takes is a quick online request and the ultra-professional, polite, and competent maintenance staff is soon there to take care of it, plus anything else he can see while he's already there, believe it or not.
