Beyond Barriers Personal Training has served Hillsborough, NC since 2011. We have recently transitioned to online personal training and we are excited to continue serving our community while expanding our reach. Unlike popular virtual training programs, your experience with us will be personal. Instead of check-ins with your trainer through an app, you will share a one-on-one connection with your trainer.
We won't just give you a custom workout to do on your own. We will take you through your workout each week providing you with instant feedback, and the encouragement you need. Exercise at a time and place that is convenient for you and we will be there to help you stay on track. We make exercise easy, with the convenience of online training, and trainers who will help you stay committed to your goals and achieving results.

Services
Working one-on-one with our expert trainers you will receive the instruction and guidance you need to reach your personal health and fitness goals. Our personal trainers have the knowledge, and the skills to design safe and effective fitness programs. They will take the time to get to know you and work with you on setting goals and measuring progress.
When you book a class, you will be redirected to Mindbody Online and prompted to set up an account. Here you can sign-up for the class you would like to attend. Each individual in your household attending will need to set up their own account. 2. Everyone who is registered for class will receive an email with the class link within 15 minutes of start time.

I have been using the personal training option at Beyond Barriers for almost 18 months and I could not be more pleased. Sara listened to my goals and assessed my starting point at the initial visit. Since then, each workout has been challenging but not overwhelming. I have seen and felt the progression towards better health and fitness, even as the workouts switched from in-person to virtual. I would never have been able to stay this motivated and injury-free without the skill and support I have found at Beyond Barriers.

Excellent, dynamic group fitness workouts for people who want to be both challenged and supported. Beyond Barriers has a local, community feel with genuine instructors who change the workouts throughout the week and know their group fitness clients well enough to make note of progress and any concerns. I always look forward to attending!

I have worked with Tricia at Beyond Barriers for four and half years doing a one hour personal fitness training session twice a week. This last year I added a one hour yoga session once a week Tuesday evenings. The yoga sessions are perfect for beginners like me. The training sessions are carefully designed to safely build strength, cardio, and flexibility. Each session is unique and customized to me and my fitness level. Quickly approaching my one year anniversary at Beyond Barriers! The trainers are great, the facility is clean and organized, the workouts are never boring while still being approachable and challenging for all levels of fitness. Supportive and growing community I look forward to seeing at each workout. The willingness and customization from the trainers has allowed me to take my exercise on the road when travel calls. Hiked the sand dunes this fall carrying my 4 yr old twins...piece of cake! Couldn't of done that 6 months ago. Highly recommend.
