All residents of Waterford Pointe must have $100,000 coverage in liability insurance. It is required prior to move in day to provide proof of insurance. If you do not have valid proof of the required liability insurance on move in day, a lease cannot be signed or keys given out. Additional personal coverage can be purchased, but is not required.

I have lived here over 6 years. Never had a issue that Seneca or Priscilla didn't take care of. These two Women are knowledgeable and helpful. Every year they have Father's and Mothers day dinners and give out school supplies. I see so many negative reviews about rudeness and unprofessionalism coming from prospective tenants and current tenants who honestly don't follow rules. I want to Iive where it's quiet and people do as they should. Seneca and Priscilla ensure that we enjoy that peace. This property is clean,quiet and affordable for the area. I recently visited the leasing office to inquire about an apartment. I was assisted by Seneca Lynn. She was both courteous and professional. I appreciated her commitment in assisting me in acquiring an apartment. The units are clean, up to date and spacious. The surroundings are impeccable. I am happy to be a future resident.
Big shout out to the management staff for the Father's Day Luncheon they threw for us on this pass Fri. June 15th. Great food! It's nice to know the management staff cares. 😃

I've lived here a little over a month... I Love it !!! 😍... The property is very clean and well kept... The lighting is bright and completely throughout the complex, which along with other measures makes my family and I feel safe... management is amazing... I'm so glad I've never made a habit of believing everything I hear/read, Or else I would have actually came in thinking management were monsters 🙄...They are very respectful , friendly and highly attentive to current and future residents... I think some people have taken their zero tolerance for non sense as meanness... Wrong... There
