Because it's the place I use to live long decades ago. I'm familiar to this place plus I know this neighborhood too well. Years ago, it use to be many Americans, some Africans, and several Asians there. It was in the 1990s. Before there's a lot of Spanish residents live there. Those were very decent time for everyone to enjoy this apartments. Several times there's wondering cats in the complex. They do that quite often it strange to some folks noticing them wondering around the place. It refresh my memories of when I was a little boy, back then. It was curious to owners of recive their pets back
