I just picked up a couple of bikes for my senior parents here. the customer service experience was first class - i really appreciated their patience making sure my parents were fully comfortable and they happily answered every question. bikes are great too. i’ll be returning to this shop when i’m ready for my road bike purchase. if you’re not in the area it’s worth the trip

After trying to fix my bike myself and making matters worse, I was concerned how expensive my error was going to be. Alex was so professional and fixed not only the problem I caused, but also, other issues and the bike is back to being a machine (all at a very fair price). Great Experience. 5 stars.

After visiting several bike shops on Long Island & being told they had little or no inventory & I’d have to order a bike with them without test riding it (I haven’t ridden a bike in over 40 years). I thought I knew what I wanted until I actually rode one.
Frustrated and disappointed I kept searching & found Bicycle Planet & they had what I wanted in stock.

This is my favorite bike shop to go to. 4 years and counting. They have so many bikes even though there is a national shortage of bikes. The owner is a great guy. Howard gives great advice and tips on bikes. Evan who serviced and replaced my brakes pads, did a wonderful job. So big shoutout to them for keeping my Giant ATX running.

After my bike was stolen, I immediately visited stores in my area in Massachusetts searching for a new hybrid bike- all of which told me there was a bike shortage and that the particular mountain/road hybrid type of bike I was looking for wouldn't be available until November, at the earliest. We bought 2 bikes here recently. Both giant bikes. Mine experienced some terrible issues with the chain grinding so badly that I went in 3 times to try and have it fixed. When I went back the 4th time they switched out the bike with a brand new one of the same model that's been riding beautifully since I picked it up. (Pretty sure this was a manufacturing issue on a one-off case). They're easy to work with and very customer pleasing. They definitely have more bikes than any dealer within 50 miles and it's always packed there. They have a great setup for waiting outside during covid with a tent

We made a decision when my son needs a new bike to buy local to support our area. We made the trip here in hopes to get a education on sizing and what type of bike we can buy rather spending at a big box store. We was treated like aliens in the store. We stand there quietly while we see old time customers get first class service, jump us in line. We see other family walking thru the door and getting help walking pass us not even asking us, do you need anything? My wife looks at me knowing we do not belong here and say lets go....I open my mouth and ask for help, the kid behind the desk, say sorry

I'm very happy with my purchase. The experience I had was phenomenal. The staff is really friendly and willing to answer all your questions. I appreciate the knowledge shared as this was my first road bike and letting me ride it before making a decision. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new ride.
