We loved living here! The staff knew us by name, accommodated all our requests, and were always happy to chat. The property is really nice, with lots of trees, ponds, and fountains. We were happy with our apartment and it got renovated after we moved out, so it should be even nicer now. We only moved to be closer to my wife's school.

We've been living here for a few years now and have absolutely loved this place! The staff are all super nice and friendly - they always greet me and my dog by name. The maintenance guys are super great and prompt with any issue we have and always stop to say hi to us. I cannot say enough about how amazing Amy is! She's been super helpful and sweet no matter how many questions I have or how much I come and bug her at the office. Meg also always stops to chat with us and ask us how we are.

I have lived here for a couple years now. The folks here at the office are wonderful, passionate, and caring to all who come in. Amy is an awesome person, so much so even my 4 legged kids love her to death. When we go for a walk in her area, they will pull nonstop until they see her. Best place we have lived since we moved to this side of the state.

The staff and maintenance team are fantastic. They know us by name and are always responsive, courteous and helpful no matter what the issue. The grounds are stunning and so well kept. This is a very family (and pet-friendly) community where we feel safe and well taken care of. We would recommend it to anyone.

We lived in the larger 2x2 next to the pond. We absolutely loved our apartment and were very sad to leave.
The room sizes are huge, and the main living space perfectly fit our giant couch and gave us plenty of room to entertain. There was also a ton of storage space with six closets and an outdoor patio storage.
The pond and back nature areas were great for walking our dog. Our dog and cat both loved sitting out on the patio and watching the water.
The office staff are always helpful and the maintenance team is always happy to see you when walking around the community. Overall, if you're looking

We are in the process of moving out after living here for 4 years. We purchased our first home, otherwise we would have stayed! Meg, the rest of the office staff, and the maintenance team have been phenomenal. They are quick to respond, understanding, friendly, and helpful. We have had multiple friends and family members visit us and comment on how beautiful and well-maintained the landscaping is and how roomy and comfortable our unit is. We have recommended Canyon Springs to friends in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you all for a great experience!

My boyfriend and I took a tour here a few weeks ago. We really liked the apartment and the property and the guy who gave us the tour was great. At the end we said we wanted to apply so he told us to email proof of employment and wages to make sure we qualified, and then we could start the application. We sent those documents... and didn't hear back. I even sent a follow up email a few days later and didn't get a response. About a week later I got an email asking us if we were still interested in renting. I said yes, we were, did you get our employment info? Never got a response to that so we ended
