Services
STOTT PILATES is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Lindsay and Moira Merrithew, along with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, have spent over two decades refining the acclaimed STOTT PILATES method of exercise and line of equipment.
TRX Suspension Training is a type of total-body resistance training that uses your own body weight and gravity, to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries. You can minimize your training time by working your whole entire body switching from one exercise to the next in just seconds.
Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Force energy. This gentle healing technique is used to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being, facilitate health and overall relaxation. During a session, the recipient stays clothed and chooses whether to have the practitioners hands on or above the body.
The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) was created by Rebecca Beckler of Pilates949 (pilates949.com). It combines traditional and contemporary mat Pilates and equipment-based Pilates exercises and performs them on the suspension trainer. Each PSM exercise is Pilates-rooted and is also done in many of the traditional Pilates series.
We have pricing for 6-12 week group studio class sessions, Monthly Equipment sessions, Ongoing private, semi-private, duets, trios, quartets. Progression classes are appropriate for everyone, from beginning exercisers to seasoned athletes. Payment: Client agrees to pay session and/or package in full prior to their next session/ package is due.

I have been working out here for 10 years. The individualized approach, both in group and private classes, is what I like best, and what yields fitness results. Shelia and the trainers are there for you. If you have a physical or medical issue, they will research the best way to work with you for the best results.
This is NOT a cookie cutter fitness studio.
Each client gets what they want & need. I do group classes of TRX, Core Cardio & yoga, bwhich are small, with supervision and modifications when needed. I also do private gyrotonic with Shelia, pilates reformer with Melissa, and a 4 person
