My family and I have lived at Summer Cove for over a year now. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The neighbors are nice. It's quiet and have many amenities. The staff is great, very understanding and easy to work with. Maintenance requests taken care of in a timely manner and we appreciate being here. Would recommend it to anyone.

I've been trying to contact anyone at Summer Cove for over 3 weeks with no response. I have e-mailed, called, texted, left numerous messages with no return call. We just have some main questions before getting put on the waiting list. The communication part of Summer Cove has so far been making me have second thoughts about the reliability of this complex.

I enjoyed living at Summer Cove! I loved the amenities! Whether you are a tennis player,(like myself), fitness individual or just a person who likes lounging at the pool, there is something for everyone! What i loved mostly is the diversity! If it wasn't for me having to downsize to a 1 bedroom,(which aren't available right now), i would still be there. Great Place and i will miss it!

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this property! From the day I called l, to the day I moved in, everything was so amazing! Dan took the best care of me from start to finish. He made the process so quick and easy! I had been looking for apartments for over two weeks, and just happened to call Summer Cove at the exact right time! Dan got me in to view an apartment that wasn’t quite ready, because he knew how stressed I was, and that I needed something right away! He got me in, and got me approved for the apartment within 2 days! He made this stressful time so so much better! Like a breathe

I can only speak to the leasing process, I haven't lived in the community long enough to have an opinion about it. I had a major life change and was forced to find somewhere to live in a very short time span. I called the office literally in tears after showing up to three other communities where the apartments had been rented before I could get there. Dan stayed after hours to give me a tour and get my application in. He was able to push up the available move in date. He got the lease together in lightning speed and had everything completed so that on move-in day I just had to grab my keys. I
