For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 and pet rent of $20 per month. I recently moved into this complex from out of state and the girls in the office helped me out so much along the way and made everything so easy for me. The apartments were just what I expected when I moved in with no issues. I love that the community is gated, there doesn't seem to be any safety issues and super close to my work. Maintenance has been great and completed my requests the same day.

It was good at first. The staff was friendly when we first moved here, but the management has been poor since the lease was signed. The new management is money hungry and greedy. We don’t have Parking, the gate is continuously broken. They charge for everything, Flimsy parking stickers, anything they can think of. They increased rent by $300 when there is no new rooms added or better living. My ceiling and vents have been molding and i have told them multiple times and they come in and PAINT over it and say it’s done. This is a monthly thing. They let ANYONE move in here. Do NOT MOVE HERE.

The staff was Yolanda when I moved in and then a company took over and the staff was not so good. Then the big freeze took place, but all the staff was gone by then and it was a terrible experience.
This new company that took over seems good. I'm moving out now.

$25.00 for parking and the spot is a handicap spot, not legally allowed.

A neighbor says that I make a lot of noise stomping on the floor, with a broken ankle. Yeah sure, NOT!

The Bennett Baytown became the apartments name which residents were unaware of until rent time. They graciously placed notices on our doors informing us not to pay online with Oxford. It was clear to see they didn’t want oxford getting their money. Now when they bought Oxford at Country Club they only bought Phase 1, so essentially they divided the complex in half. This is when things became worse than they already were. In the beginning there were other staff in the office working for Bennett Baytown who couldn’t tell you anything. Oh wait! The girl did manage to tell me my rent might change

The Bennett Baytown is GREAT! I have been living here for two years. I enjoy the gym so much, the pool, the trail where I like to take walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery morning & evening. Everything is always clean, up to date, & very accommodating. The staff is incredible, Linda & Amanda are so nice I always feel welcomed, & they are very attentive. Roberto & Victor from maintenance are amazing at what they do prompt, & very hardworking! Ever since they switched management I can truly say living here has gotten SO MUCH BETTER! Together as a team they truly make one feel safe, secure, & cared

I toured the community with Jessica Martin. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the area. I felt comfortable with her. The insides of the community are well maintained. The manager came out of her office and spoke to my son and I as if she'd known us forever. It's a very warming office. They make you feel welcome as soon as you come in and help you all the way through your move in. My apartment is beautiful and I love it here! Thank you ladies for all you do!

When we first walked in, we were greeted so warmly. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question we had about our possible future home. When we toured the property we were very impressed by the cleanliness and the well kept extra facilities We have access to, that we’re not use to having privileges to at our apartment complex where we were living. When we walked into the apartment, it was so open and inviting. The rooms were great inside and then I saw my favorite parts! 2 HUGE garden tubs in both bathrooms! Another plus to these apartments are the bigger size
