Bikes by Brian is a full service bicycle repair facility in Sausalito, CA founded in 2014 by myself, Brian Green. I offer a full set of bike related services for Mountain, Road and Leisure bikes. From simple adjustments to complete bicycle builds, I'm happy to get your existing bike running and maintained as it should be, or work with you in choosing a new bike that suites your needs, riding style and budget.

My affinity toward cycling started in college when I couldn't afford a car.

Bike By Brian is proud to present to your business organization a unique and innovation bicycle maintenance program designed to encourage and increase bicycling as a primary source of transportation to and from the work place. The program is provided by the employer to the employee as a benefit/incentive.
I usually don't write reviews unless I feel really strong one way or the other. So, here I am writing a review in support of Brian; he just tuned up 2 of my bikes. He was professional, and friendly, and did a great job! He was willing to work around my schedule, agreed to make a house call, and when things were more complicated than first thought, he still worked diligently to ensure everything worked smoothly.

Thanks BikesByBrian! I tried three other bike shops before finding Brian on Google.
I own a Yamaha E-bike and the gears were skipping. Seemed like a rather easy fix to me. But three bike shops later, including a Yamaha Certified Dealer, could not fix the problem. I explained what was happening and what I thought the issue was, but no one would listen to me. I ended paying over $400 for the cable to be changed and other various parts, but my bike continued to skip. I brought my bike to Brian, he aligned the derailleur, replaced a couple of parts that I purchased on Amazon and now my bike is running

I recently went through the process of buying a used bike, and Brian couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He is incredibly kind and speaking with him while he checked out these bikes was an absolute joy! I'd recommend going with Brian if you want the job done quick and for a great price by someone who definitely knows what he's doing!

I had a great experience today with Brian. He bled and tuned up my hydraulic brakes in a matter of 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and confident and the work was done very cleanly and professionally. Brian was very accommodating to my schedule and was able to slot me in within a day of calling him. Brian is my new "go to" bike repair guy in Marin.

I have a great Look Carbon fiber bike. I hadn't ridden it in 7 years and it wasn't in great shape. Brian completely stripped it down, retuned it, replaced all cables, tape etc. I just got it back and it's like a new bike. I highly recommend Brian, great guy, great service.
