Services
We're not the IRS, but we do require proof of verifiable income, rental/mortgage history, credit report and criminal history. Lease terms vary, depending on the time of your move-in date, and according to the specials we offer from time to time. Usually our lease terms range from 4 to 16 months. Good news for those who have respectable credit - we don't charge a deposit with approved credit.
We are a pet friendly community at Sloane Street Apartments; however there are breed restrictions and a limit of two pets per apartment. We love your furry roommates as much as you do! That's why we want to spoil them with access to Bacon's Dog Park at The Shacks, a one-acre off-leash dog park in Austin Ranch.
Gather your friends. This is not your typical dinner party. Our rooftop terrace clubroom will bring the wow-factor to your next birthday, anniversary, engagement, graduation, baby shower or just-because bash. Use the fully-equipped kitchen and bar area for bites & beverages. Or challenge Aunt Edna to show off her pool shark skills at the billiards table.
Of course we won't leave you hanging when it comes to staying connected. Sloane Street offers free Wi-Fi at our indoor and outdoor community areas including leasing center, the rooftop terrace clubroom, the fitness center and the courtyard surrounding the pool. Being social at Sloane Street means more than just sharing our handles.
This should also include notifying your bank, employer, insurance company, magazine subscriptions - and don't forget mom. To receive your keys, you will need to show your declarations page, with a minimum of $50,000 in liability coverage.
Schedule the pickup of your keys from the leasing office - don't forget to have a copy of your renter's insurance declarations page, your electricity account number and provider's name, pet deposit/fee and first month's rent paid on the online portal, your Toll Tag number, and a valid photo ID ready to go for moving day.Pack a small moving day kit - toiletries, a few paper goods, medications, a change of clothes and dog food are recommended.

Certain things about these apartment are nice, but it is run by the most greedy inept management I've ever seen. These people will do nothing about messes, smells and other things in common areas. They do nothing for you as a renter. Also, expect a HUGE bill once you move out. You can't fight it, they just will send you to collections if you don't pay up. My parents had rented a different apartment in the same complex and were charged 300 dollars for "scratching" their freezer door. They take no pictures of the supposed damages, I was charged almost 100 dollars for "odor", what type and from what

I was searching Apartments in Carrollton area as I was relocating from Florida and I found Sloane Apartments luckily that was a great place location-wise and the facilities was awesome. And I met Tiara and she was very professional and kind enough for me to make soft landing in this fantastic place. I made few mistakes when I applied online and she was so helpful to correct them in a fast manner. And Tiara also guided me how to access electricity and internet with detailed explanation. Actually moving to other States is very stressful but all thanks to her, I am very excited to live in Sloane.

Leasing agents in the leasing office are very unprofessional, particularly Tiara. I have met plenty of neighbors in the community and stated that she's the reason why so many people have moved out and preferred not to renew their lease. I have also had several issues with her. Every time I go in the leasing office, she's always being unprofessional and playing on her phone. If you go in the office with an issue for maintenance to address something, she has an attitude. Experiencing what I did with this particular leasing agent, I will not be renewing my lease, and I wouldn't recommend this place

Driving up the apartments are clearly easy on the eyes but walking inside of them you experience the true gem. They are very luxurious inside. The leasing office staffing is very nice and welcoming. Romy was a amazing help when going through the process. I would 10/10 move here again. I always tell my friends and family about these apartments if they where thinking about moving!

Very nice apartment units! My aunt and cousins stay here so I’ve seen several different types/styles of apartments. My favorite part about this place was the the pool! The pool is big and spacious! I’ve had some cool moments out there. The people staying here are solid and the community is diverse which I value.
