My husband and I went to get info about a two bedroom apartment. Our move in date was supposed to be in a week and we were told the apartment would be ready by then. Everything was going smoothly until a few days passed by and we had no update on the status of our application. We called several times at different times of the day and no one answered the phone. On our scheduled move in date they called us to let us know it would actually be ready in a few more days. Communication is key specially when moving. If this is how the application process is, we don’t want to know how it must be to be

The staff at The Forum were so helpful and patient. They notified me immediately with any delays with the process of moving in. The maintenance and crew keep the grounds clean and in working order. The inside of the apartments are spacious and beautiful. If you want a down to Earth home feel, these are your apartment complex. Thank you Forum for having me in your community.

What a Wonderful experience!! I wanted to come on here and thank the assistant property Manager Ms. Elizabeth on such high Customer service. I am new to the area and she was able to answer all my question in a timely matter. She made me feel comfortable and at home. She really represents the property in the most professional manner. I just moved in here may 22, 2021. Cassandra was so helpful and is very knowledgeable. I needed someone help me and she did with a smile on her face! The manager Sonya worked really fast to get me in here. Sonya has taken such good care of me! I have had a few minor maintenance issues and the maintenance team is here is so fast and efficient. I had to call about my AC and they came after hours and were extremely fast at getting it fixed. I am so happy that i found this place. Very clean! Amazon hub is really convenient. Pool is nice and the gym does what it needs!!! The neighborhood is really nice
